I think it would be a show of faith from the developers to give us an option to agree or disagree with these changes by allowing a respec because not all of us, like myself, can grind a full template in a matter of weeks im not a full template yet and ive had my jedi since before christmas which is over 9 months i dont want to spend that time grinding again just when im about to complete my template.
It does not take months you can grind for 4 hours a day wiht a decent group all doing AOE you will CAP your XP as long as you start at 0
