Ok, this is part of the problem....as I see it. You don't have enough avoidance defense and your healing is unable to compensate. I would consider dropping Healer down more and picking up def 0040, or dropping Defender altogether and pumping up Healer. Either of these changes would increase your effectiveness against MCM.
My template of MLS/Def 4440/enh 3002/ Healer 4000 does very well against almost every opponent (even though MDEF and MEnh are annoying

Bug? or what?
Nope they cant resist neutral missions, they stick out. I was neutral for about a week while I tried to buy imp faction and I got waves of em coming nonstop.
I would, but I really don't want to lose LT.Col and all my Imp Pilot skills

This is my whole arguement. You have to specifically build your template around enough defender to assure the win. My template is weak on defense but I compensate with skill. I tear apart non cm bounty hunters because damage is not a problem. I have all the proper foods and good stims. These CM/BHs dont overpower me. They cause my force to simply run out because I dont have enough to keep whacking at em for almost a hour.
I am proud of my template because it is a skill template. In other words if you dont know how to use it correctly you are going to get your butt kicked. I know how to use my template for maximum advantage and in group pvp and regular bounty hunter fights I tear it up. The problem is that my sacrifices are rendered useless by the overpowered cm healing.
There are very few Jedi that can keep up with me in raw damage output and I can overwhelm unprepared and poorly equipped cm/bhs. But the elite cms just outlast my force with their ability to heal upto 3500-4000 damage every 6 seconds. And with the right foods they dont even need buffs to keep going, At that point I hit em with stasis and leave, nothing else I can do.
Now heres the kicker. If you are willing to accept a generic template that most jedi use in order to be safe from bounty hunter attacks that includes a fair amount of defender then thats fine. More power to you for choosing what you want which is in this case to not have to be one of the ppl currently having problems with cm/bhs. However don't start basing other jedi who have the courage to diversify their templates in other ways. My principal complaint is that my template is not properly balanced against cm/bhs whose overpowered healing renders my strengths practically useless.
Reserve judgement until you can stand in someone elses shoes. Anyone playing it safe shouldnt be opening their mouths to criticize someone for being adventurous.

If you guys do not mind me asking. What moves are you using to defeat these BH's. Please tech me your strategy, because I cannot beat most of them. This is my template.
My saber is 562-685 for damage, 16FC and 96 SAC, DPS is a little over 400.

34042 Enhancer
4000 Healer

With youre template it's gonna be rough, because you have no defenses really. Force armor only mildly mitigates the damage. however keep in mind that you don't have to fight, you have cloak so you can always escape. The advantage of your template is that you can control when and where you want to fight. Be sure to use your states, AB, I like to take them down to about 3/4 health before I KD and start to lay on the damage.
In your case I would probably setup all your states, then do a KD, then choke while they are KD'ed with full states and AB on them, it should tick for a decent amount of damage at that point, especially against non-jedi. After you land choke start laying on the damage. If you dont' get him on the first run don't panic, just get setup for your next set of attacks. Also keep an eye on your force, be sure that you always leave enough force for an escape.

Not really, my template was master force wielder, enhancer 3402, healer 4000 and lightsaber 0044 and I have not lost to a single BH/CM and mind you I didn't even run from any of them. Choke is the most valuable attack as it does an initial tick plus a kinetic damage attack at the same amout of damage totalling around 1000~ damage, I have once done 620 choke plus 620 kinetic damage totalling 1240 damage after denutrium-pyro vs a KD.
Word of advice, do not take advice from someone that does not have force wielder in their template like the guy above, no offense jason67.

My template is based on MY play style, nothing more. I was a TKM/Pistoleer/Smuggler for a long time, and loved it. This is the only template that encoumpasses the barrage of combat choices I am used to as well as the techniuqes I am best at. That is all that I based my template on., not any FOTM.

Regardless of your reasons your template is the FOTM.

to be fair its very unbalanced becaus eon our server they can have 8k energy damage protection armour + a psg and food.
also if they are sulutese they are a nightmare to kill.
you need some kind of defence remover such as healer 0040 or powers 0040
alternatively mdef works really well.
it just takes practce (and a bit of luck with the laggy heals and laggy aura)

This seems to be my experience as well, the ones equipped with the right stuff seem to be unbeatable by me and even much older templates. They even brag the only thing that kills them if the KD bugs.

Correct and NO ONE should be winning 90% or more of their fights.
