I'm sorry... but I would lmao if that was the case because I didn't order ToOW.
The real question is: what is this starter kit and why is SOE keeping it secret? I may have to pop into work and look it up to see what I can find.

This super double secret information is right on Amazon.com! The "MAN" is trying to keep it from us! Tiggs was not only spreading misinformation but is really a Grey Alien from the Alpha Centari galaxy and is using this to further confuse us about the upcoming offline version of SWG where you will be able to start as a Jedi, grind out a full template, and then (omg here's the scarey part) connect to the online servers and PwN all the Noobs who didn't believe!!!!!!
OMG!!! Run to the shelters! Cancel your accounts! Because I could use the bandwidth from all you goofballs that buy this garbage.
I dare any of you who claim this is real to go ahead and buy it, then come in here and tell us how much of a noob you are when the box show's up with KOTOR2 in it.
BTW.. I have a bridge for sale in Brooklyn for all those that believe this.

No, I didn't think so...ONLY THE AMAZON PRODUCT DESCRIPTION WAS A KOTOR2 MISPRINT.
Whatever it is, the Starter Pack is (Brooklyn Bridges and Tinfoil hats aside) REAL.

And now its the 29th and its still up there on amazon and on 4-6 other sites so Tiggs is just talking BS or she is talking about the featurelist that has been copied and pasted from KOTOR2

I believe this 100%, NOT!!! Then why is it listed on DOZENS of other company webpages with same description? Why is it we have multiple sources indicating Jedi are going to be nerfed to a starting profession and SOE PRODUCTS coming out with a description that confirms this?

Weather this is a star wars galaxies game or a kotor 2 game i have no clue... to me it is a little weird it is popping out every where on line for saleand tiggs is saying its a erroneous listing... and if its just an error.. then where did the art come from... they seem to have a few pics of it, so where did all that come from?? if its just an error... but we will see.. no telling till it comes out for sure.. and alsowhy would there bea starter kit for kotor 2.. that don't make sense to me ether.. kotor 2 was a fun game as it was i didn't like the ending but still a good game... none of this makes any sense to me...

It IS the KOTOR2 description...and that is at least in part what tiggs meant by erroneous listing.
However, as you have since noticed, there is clearly SOME real product coming out...
...and a strategy guide... =P

For some reason this is what I think it is.....
The amazon listing had the wrong details, thats a given. So forget that.
The other websites I have seen elude to this.....
The "Starter Kit" is the Original SWG + JTL. It costs 20 bucks. The "Total Experience" includes SWG/JTL/ROTW and costs around 30ish bucks. I have a feeling that soon we will see a "Super-Duper-Deluxe Total Experience" that will Include SWG/JTL/ROTW/ToOW and will run around 50 bucks and will probably include some perk that us Vet's have been asking for since day 1.
I doubt this is some new game, or even new content (unless they change it so the new player tutorial gets them as far as CL30 or something. There's no mention of being a Jedi from the get go either. I think the "Starter Kit" is exactly what it claims to be. SWG + JTL (JTL was originally supposed to be a part of SWG but was pushed back and made into our first expansion.)
That, I can believe. 1 Player offline solo playable with Jedi as a starting prof.. no way.

It's real. I went to work and looked it up. It is listed as Star Wars Galaxies Starter Kit with a release date of 11/22. I doubt Best Buy would put an Amazon "mistake" into the inventory system. The mistake at Amazon was just pasting the details from KOTOR2.
The mistake at SOE is not telling us what's going on... that's why rumors run rampant, because despite their claims of wanting to improve communications, they are still the same.
