From then on there will be profession nerfs and gameplay nerfs untill everyone has left voluntarily,after that the game will be canceled without any legal issues with remaining players.
I hope this doesnt happen and im only being paranoid.
lol....you're fooling yourself if you think there would be any legal issue if they closed the servers/game today. You're also fooling yourself if you think they are just going to throw away years of founding work anytime soon.
