Since the time to heal was extended it became more prudent to have 4000 healer vice 3000. It only makes sense that if 1000pt heals were ok before, and they made heals slower that a 1500pt heal would help reduce that disadvantage.
And to address the original question, whether 2000 or 0002 enhancer is better, I'd have to say it depends on what you need. Force run is very important now because of the reduction in melee range. Having a constant speed greater than your adversary (using a bh in this case) it is a huge advantage to be able to stay close to deliver your damage and to hopefully minimize lag issues.
Force run has its advantages, but the ability to channel is huge. Even as a full temp is huge, as I am regrinding some of my template. I have to channel a few times between lairs, and if I did not have this ability I'd have to waste at least 5-10 minutes between lairs until I'm ready to go again. And in pvp it's good to be able to recharge your force quickly to prepare for the next battle, because you don't know how soon that will be.

0002 Enhancer > 2000 Enhancer. You're mls, you don't need forcespeed1. Forcerun1 sucks, it's slower than burst run. It's handy to have so you can move faster in a battle, but you aren't going to escape with that. Channel is much more valuable.

umm forcespeeds helps ALOT i got 1.04 speed and see a big diffrent with forcespeed up .ofcourse a doc buff is better but u dont always got one with u
