J & R <== Displays original Box set, says it includes JTL, this sounds like the original game repackaged for a lil cheaper. This makes sense.

So, sounds like it's nothing more than Star Wars Galaxies + JTL for 20 bucks. Mystery revealed. Big woop...
Why would they release SWG+JTL when they already have the total experience released? They going retro and leaving out a complete expansion?
Good question. I believe I have an answer. Think about it this way. The "Total Experience" which contains AED, JtL and RoTW, as of Nov 1st, will no longer be the "Total Experience", because it will be missing Mustafar. Now, if I were Lucas Arts, I would begin to phase out the Total Experience box from shelves and replacing it with a Non Expansion "Starter Kit" and at a future date TBD later, release a new Total Experience which INCLUDES Mustafar. Kinda hard to hype the Total Experience as being everything in the game, when as of Tuesday, it won't be. So just watch... in the coming weeks, you will begin to see the Total Experience becoming less and less available until Nov 22nd, it will be replaced by the Starter Kit.
Here's where SOE has had some stink blown onto itself. I believe that they already know this, but have been told to downplay this as much as possible so as to not impede any ToOW purchases. SOE knows that in possibly as soon as 60 days, there will be a new all inclusive box set that will HAVE Mustafar and you guessed it boys and girls, it'll probably retail for $29.99, the exact price we are paying for just the expansion. It's happened before. Not long after the Pay to Play "Rage of the Wookies" for $29.99 was opened, the Total Experience hit the shelves. Lucas Arts probably saw some significant cannibalization of the digital download side of the business and does not want to repeat their prior marketing faux pax.

not only that, but why would SOE try to cover it up?
See my above post, second paragraph, Cyprus.
I think it could be the cheap version of SWG: An Empire Divided with a "face wash" in the title. 2 years after launch and with 3 expansions published (JTL, ROTW and TOOW) it's logical from a corporative point of view to attract new customers selling the original game in a "value version". Instead a devaluated "SWG: An Empire Divided" budget version, SOE could launch this bargain version changing the title and presenting a new version of the original game, named "starter kit".
I bet my two cents on this.

Hmm, im confused I just looked at those links it looks like nothing more then an up to date Star wars galaxies and empire divided game.
Correct,
That's not the point. The point is that SOE and Tigg's specifically, are trying to portray this as a mistake (erroniously listed). The whole thing stinks of cover-up.
