I do know that the per tick force cost is not even noticeable. You will regen your force at a faster rate than you lose it while fr2. It's just a pain in the butt to remember to turn it off all the time...on different occasions I have killed a bh and a jedi while fr2 lol.

yeah, I have FR1 right now and FR2 is part of the template change I am considering, so I wondered, because of the damage reduction, whether it's possible to turn FR2 on and off in fights and such, like I could with FR1 if it also had dmg reduction...

It is possible to toggle it off and on throughout a fight(and it may be necessary when fighting kiters), if you have to do it constantly it will end up having an affect on your force pool, but it will take some time for that to happen. fr2 is a great skill for catching runners, but it canhamper your abilityto fight a kiter, especially one that has the healing (and/or armor) to outlive your roots and snares.
I believe 400 is close to accurate for the force cost, I'll try to verify this tomorrow.
