It's not a bug. There's a cap related to the resources you're using. You can reach the cap faster with amazing results and so with less exp points.

For example you can have 48fc with 9 or 10 exp points. When you see that the last exp point can't be placed into efficiency it's because you reached the cap yet. You can put the last into damage or speed.

When I craft a saber I roll 8 exp points into efficeincy hoping for an amazing. Then I roll 1 extra point into damage and 1 into efficiency. The second roll has to be other amazing result. But also a great result has a similar effect for the 2nd roll. This way I have the best fc and action cost with a bit of damage/speed added. (till a nice hotfix fixed my action cost at 100 LOL)

--- Cancelled 24th November 2006
Reason: The lack of multiplayer pve content and Star Wars feel.
For 3 years I have tried to find excuses to stay in game but only the expansions offered me what I subscribed for in the first place: A multiplayer Star Wars pve experience with friends around the globe. I found friends but with almost no addition of pve content they dropped out one by one. Now it's my turn.

Do you have to be ADMIN to the house which the crafting station is located?

I heard quite a few different opinions on this. Mostclaim that you do not need anything except being able to enter the building where the crafting station is located.

I draw a few amazings even with 4004 lightsaber using this tactic, so I believe you do not need admin or ownership, or citizenship.

Nice guide and all but........

In the end, even a perfectly crafted post-cu saber is still nothing compared to a perfectly crafted pre-cu saber. Kinda stupid imho but that's still how it is apparently

As a professional saber crafter I applaud your guide. I would however update it to include SAC. On bria, I have heard tales of the 94 SAC but the best I have achieved is 95. As a 10 point smith, that leave me one exp point to put into damage which using the best resources on server gets me to 244 damage. Anyway, from all the sabers I have made (all using best resources) that appears to be the best stats you can get without using the village rewards.

Anyway, the bottom line is, it is helpful to newer crafters to identify the SAC costs as they start rather high before experimenting down AND i have found that even when I get FC of 48 I sometimes still have an SAC of 98-100.

With these differnet results all the sabers came out equal stats on dmg, speed, fc etc. Its a bug!

Question is:

1. Has this bug been fixed? Seens to be as intended

2. Now that im no longer MLS will I need to find a jedi to graft the sabers for me and then /trade with me? LS never have been nor ever will be tradeable

3. how good r u sabers without pearls (here I would like chilastra jedi statements too, everything can do though, mine amacing succes was 229 server best resources roflmao)? On kettte, used best resoutces, pollyian and bespin - full efficiency experimentation and 2 amazing successes = 95 action cost, 47 FC

#2 is incorrect. Lightsabers were not only once tradeable, but once sliceable as well. This was fixed soon after the first Jedi was born, but it did used to be like that.

But yes, as of now, and nearly the entirely lifeline of Jedi in SWG, sabers are non-tradeable.
