Glad to see bounty hunters jumping in to prove that fact that started this thread , and as for wether or not youve played 12 mmo's so what many of us including i have also. whoopee makes us all experts and i know of several whio dont let the emplyees play.... hell read teh fine print on soe's rules employeess who even mention that they are devs, csrs or ever were mention it in game while playing can be punished...sorry if you feel you have to be hostile to folks whom you dont even know, but im soo glad you seem to knwo what experiance and knoledge i may have, i gues your psychic? or just an inflamatory , ranter? A shame to see folks attck peple they dotn really know, adn call them lairs. Also i coudl care less about this thread or how logn it goes , i was just makign a statement, after all thats what forums are for... free country i live in ... not sure about yours...

Unfortunately, Blixtev is not telling the exact truth.

This is the developer who was playing his BH one weekend, decided the NPC marks were rather boring and so, the same weekend, devised, programmed and implemented the system of High Level/Loot Dropping NPC marks. He did that in two days. Either he got approval over the phone or by email or, as seems more likely, he had the authority to do it himself.

And we can't get a Dev tomake Grand Kraytsdrop pearls.

if it is, it's a freakin' sad statement on the overall development of the game: jedi, balance, loots, combat, content, bug-fixes etc etc

This is the most illogical (and I am being nice )post I have ever read. We want the devs to play the game so they can experience the real live server issues. As a matter of fact a number of issues were resolved while devs were playing on live servers as they did not encounter some of the problems under test conditions.

I don't know about other games, but I know for a fact that Blizzard employees play their games on their spare time. They are encouraged by their company so they get a number of free accounts for it.

Sheesh I can probably count on one hand the number of times I've agreed with Tanks about anything and this has to be one of them.

The forums are full of griping that the devs don't play the game (which isn't even true) and now someone thinks they shouldn't play at all? That is just silly.

What!? Yeah, we want DEVs and CSRs that play WOW or EQ instead SWG. You might want to rethink that position. I would notbuy anything from someone that spent their money on a competitor's goods.

Yea I agree if they were gamers playing other games but didn't play their own at all I would worry
