1.) It took about 6 hours for my sith to spawn, i just logged off and on a few times and then i shuttled back and forth between shuttleports of player cities on naboo. This has worked for some of my friends as well as myself. I didn't try the shuttling though until the 6th hour. I shuttled into a player city and stood next to the shuttleport for about 5-10 min and i was attacked by Sith.
2.) This is as of yet unconfirmed, rumors suggest 2-3 weeks.

ok i have a question i just unlocked the whole combat prowess tree,..now the whole tree =16 boxs right?, not including the novice and master or do the count?also if its only 15 that means i unlock one more whole branch and i dont have to do quests anymore, then i grind 24 boxes and im done? im confused, i have mastered only 3 professions so i didnt get free unlocks however i do have a whole tree,....was just wondering, cause as it stands i can grind the whole tree quickly, so in 6 weeks=2 trees , 16 and 8 =24 boxes,?

The novice and master do not count, they actually give you nothing, they cost no xp and are there for mere show.
You need 6 BRANCHES to unlock so that means you can master combat prowess (which still only costs the 1.75 mil xp or whatever it is) and master costs you nothing and gives you nothing and it does not count toward your branch total.
You see the devs word it as branches and not as boxes, so you need 6 branches to proceed and 4 of them come with mastery of one Force Sensitive Profession, so unless you absolutely want to go for master of one it is not required and it seems that it will not help you in any way other than allowing you to call yourself a master of that profession.

Okay, so I'm glowy, and waiting for the old man.
What if I miss him? Will he come back? And how exactly does his encounter work? Does he just yell crap at me?

wow, thanks for that I've been trying for half the day to get these to spawn. I guess it was too much to expect a patch to be released with all the bugs taken out...

Hi...
Im wondering about the village phases. How often do they change ? Ive read in Testforum and it says 3 weeks for each phase, is that so ? or have they changed it for the Live publish ?

I got 5 free unlocks.
I am 0044 Prowess, 4400 reflexes and 0001 senses.
If I do a quest, say from Whip who in phase 1 is unlocking the survival branch. When completed do I have all 4 boxes in survival or just the ability to trade XP to that branch?

Hey,
Here is what i have done sofar (may help a few people) and where im at.....
Firstly I obtained the "Inner Glow" i did this via mastering all 32 professions.
Secondly I had a visit from an old man withing seconds of loggin on (in BiA Cantina) whilest watching a dance 
He gave me the crystal and vanished.

Logged back on 5 hours later, didnt think much of the sith or anything, was pulling stock from my factory when all of a sudden i was attacked by two sith outlaws, i didnt even see them spawn, it was so quick - next thing i knew they were on the floor -I had novice brawler at the time, with just unarmed 1 and didnt have my rifle out, so they died well easy.
I looted a strange coloured yellow crystal ore, and a encoded disk type thing, which when I "use" it (used) i got a waypoint 900m from where i was. I got buffed and got my rifle out and went to that wapoint, where i saw a tent (camp) which looked like a merchant tent. 
3 Sith Outlaws slightly harder, again went pop in seconds with me rifle (im only 4.x.1.2 at this time - regrinding it again)
Looted another funny crystal ore (like power) and another encoded disk like object - which I opened and it was the waypoint on dathmor (the Village).
I quickly left got connecting shuttles to the southern outpost on darthmor and travelled 6k to the village
once i got there the waypoint dissapered after i drove through the mist and parked the swoop in the middle of the village
I spoke to the guy that gave me my 6 lots of experience (in the middle next to the elder) This is where i choose my template, and selected what i wanted the XP for. He gave me 6 branches worth of xp.
I then went to the skill trainer and learn my boxes in the choosen order.
I am now at this point where i have 6 full trees (4 boxes in a vertical row). Im an unsure of what to do next...
I have been told i wait for the old-man, he shall make me an initiate and give me a quest to defeat a jedi knight and a waypoint to him. I must defeat him, and find a shrine that i obtain somehow and meditate under it. once that is done i get my padawan robe and my second slot will be opened.
I dont know if that is true, can some on please confirm or tell me that his is not the case if they have experienced different or know of different.

Hi
I would know if the free branch granded from prof., have to be taken all togheter or if is possible take a branch and wait the right moment to take the other (i've 32 mastered prof. ergo 6 free branch).
I'm not interested in Jedi, only need few branches (melee spd / def. - ranged def), but i don't want lose the opportunity to catch more branch in the future.

no particular order what you unlock is solely up to you.
