Thread: Tiggs: Perfect Pearls are NOT rare. The DEV response is seriously FLAWED.

Excuse you, but her point was to say that they were not going to do anything anytime soon to fix the Pearl Drops (Flawless / Premium) because they wanted them to remain as "rare" loot. She actually said they were never removed, it's just that there is nothing of high enough LVL in the game to drop them, and they wanted to keep them rare so they were not going to adjust the Loot Table so they would drop.
To openly say they won't fix something that impacts so many Jedi is a joke. These Pearls are NOT RARE, and that's my point. They could easily fix them (as they have done for other professions for similar issues in less than a month), just like they could fix our speed bugs, they just choose to make excuses rather than address the issues.
Some may have good sabers (mine's OK), but most of the new Jedi have sabers that are a JOKE. Also, I have NEVER heard of anyone tuning a fair or good pearl perfectly, so that statement is missleading at best, lieing at worst.

There ARE level 287 and higher mobs out there.
As for you accusing me of missleading or lying, surely you aren't under the impression that just because you haven't heard of it doesn't mean it doesn't exist.

That's what I said. We're talking about creatures that drop pearls, not DJM's or insane Baz-Nitches.
I was talking about Tiggs, not you. Regardless, IF there was ever a perfect tune on a Good OR Fair Pearl, I have never seen it on these forums. If you have a link to a post like that feel free to link it.

Basicly, only good & fair pearls are dropping now. I've tuned over 100 good & fair pearls (post-CU) and only have tuned one over 100 damage. I'm not saying that everyone should have tuned near perfect, but not one has tuned over 105. If you can tune 100 pearls and not get one close to perfect, the tuning tables are obviously not very likely to tune one even close. I could tune 1000, but when did this become the "Hunt Krayt" game?

Agreed. Nerfing ADK's only hurts us more, while that BH chasing you keeps his over-powered, low-SAC, ridiculously-fastLR.

lol, arent you people smart. how many "good" pearls would you have to tune to get a decent saber that could compete against a CL 80 non jedi. then it decays, this hurts not only old jedi but all the new jedi as well and eventually making all jedi a joke compared to non jedi. great idea mate.

what? they temporarily nerfed application of ADKs to new sabers just after CU went live, but that was pulled quietly. eventually the whining for pearls will culminate in 2 options... resume loot drops as they are (thereby removing the saber damage diversity, not that there's much of it) and kick-starting krayt farming again... or nerfing ADKs, pre CU Jedi will run down their pearls and then have to make do tuning crap.
no doubt that'll be quickly followed by calls to nerf BH because Jedi can't cope with the damage and healing abilities of BH/MCM combos.
of course, the fairest course would be to remove force cost from sabers entirely and pearls grant bonus aspects... additional damage, speed, mods. Make the focus on the saber directly and less on what you put in it. Then you could experiment up whatever you want on your saber and change them to meet the combat situation.
pfft, pipedream tbh, nerfing is easier than fixing and thats how it'll go. Re-designing loot drops and pearl drops for people whining will be more inconvenient than simply coding a nerf for ADKs relating to sabers.
if it comes down it, we all know which one it'll be

And as far as challenging Tiggs, she's the one who needs to prove something. To ask a customer to prove something when the DEV's NEVER answer a question directly is ridiculous.
