I know of a perfect tune from a good pearl. But the odds on it are so extremely rare.

further more, it is not tiggs' ideas about pearls/crystals that is in question here. she claims to also play this game....so as a fellow player you would think she would have some sort of clue as to what her opinions are based from. nothing higher than quality on rating is unacceptable for anyone that has played jedi longer than 3 days. my post has shown without a doubt that nothing short of a premium or flawless has the chance to tune to perfect let alone near perfect.
i am a pre patch nine jedi and not in need of pearls or crystals but this is effecting our entire profession. it is not fair or balanced to have such a large gap in power of weapons. especially when taking into consideration that we do not yield the most powerful weapon in a game that is based around a documented story in which the lightsaber is the strongest weapon in the hands of a trained and skilled force using warrior.
dispute that with your crappy logic tiggs

Tiggs is the Director of Customer Relations and a crappy one at that. I have never seen a game where the devs and the players disagree so much. Does everyone remember how much we "loved" the CU when it came out or maybe how much we "begged" for an expansion with episode 3 content??

wasn't the customer rating of the cu horrendous? why even ask for our opinion and waste the time building the survey if you not gonna use it?

yep.. tiggs is the Director of Customer Relations.. and that's why she hardly ever answers the questions we want to know.. the guys above her tell her what she can and can not say... I don't blame tiggs I just would like some answers like every one else around here... also I do remember that.. the thing I never got. is we seen the polls and we took a bunch our self's.. and I never seen the positive polls like they seem to have seen.. kind of confused on that one my self.. but what can you do.. we ether wait for another company to take over or we wait it out.. what are we going to do.. go play wow or this star track stuff.. not me.. wow is for the D& D people.. and star trek is cool and all but it lacks the hole reason I play this game JEDI!!!!

i think the big part of why we THINK she dont answer much is cous... we ask so much... then that is wrong, then another thing is wrong, then a 3rd, we asked so much, 1 person need to follow up on this, try u guys put urself in her places, 100's of peeps ask about diffrent things, then 1 will have that changed, then another will have that changed, lol so in a way i dont blame her abit, and as QuiBonJen said, play the game and go to another, moste of the time in here, u dont wanna be in this jedi forum, cous of negative things, thats not my way to play a game, i complained also alittle.. but i stoped now.. cous i had no end, plz give it a rest, and then u will see some answers, try enjoy the game as it is, there will always be peeps who complain, ofcourse, we pay for it, nothing can be perfect, and its like that in all MOORPG games, specialy those you pay for each month, im not thilled about the idea from her.. or maybe i have missunderstoof something and it will be something els, i hope so, but i wont let it ruin my experience in the game, just sad Jedi forum is become a place u dont wanna be in
