hum... lets see. most of those grinding Jedi you mention were pre-cu grinders.. So yes they are correct. Post CU however, note that POST CU, anything that is not grouped with you will give you vis. And if you are a grinding paddy why would you want to take the chance that you 'know' so much? Actually I don't care about any of you non-templated Jedi anymore, go get vis please. Say hello to the nice BH'es that show up to perma snare your stupid self.Until the devs give us proof why would you want to take a chance?

Maybe because it's a rumor started by bh that want jedi to store their bikes when they stop?

We run a grind group in my city and have several fresh paddies... we grind every nest with vehicles left out and to date all the bh that come come for the older jedi who kill the npc's.....Not the new paddies who are just grinding nests running a low vis game....

I did half of my template post CU with my bike out. NO BHs. The first BH that came after me was after I was fully templated and was grinding Canyon Corsair NPCsfor cystals for two weeks straight.

People Please stop argueing, it was a simple question no one really needs to flame another person here just state what you know or feel, also I think they where talkin post pub 24 this has happened where VIS is broke and EVERYthing gives vis Creatures have never givin vis and I to have always hunted with my bike out after getting several blown I stopped, lol. BUt pre pub 24 I thought it was only NPC's and Ungrouped players but I'm hearing that it's everyting now post 24 anyone else heard this?? sorry if I didnt' word it correctly in the begining.

that is not a bug.

JustG stated that doing that very thing will cause visbility. This is one of the few ways to get it without using force... (which is a rule of thumb).

Ahh...I've never seen any developers post this. Who is JustG? The developers have been evasive regarding which action ensures visibiliy while alot of common sense comes into play.

Equiping a lightsaber at a starport seems like an obvious way to say "Hey everyone, I'm a Jedi!!!"

Actually you have to loose for teh BH to get his 200k.

No Vehicles do not give vis

If my bike can report me to the emperor, then it must be a thinking creature. Therefore it must have feelings....maybe if you guys treated your bikes with a little respec it wouldn't run off and turn you in. End the inhumane treatment of vehicles!

Facts are I grinded in solo up to full template groupped with my pet and with my swoop out and near me all the time and no BH came for me. Same as this guy I started killing npcs after I finished my template (o man how sweet it was after dozillions animals ...) and I was on the BH's terminals.

So, to the new ignorant jedi, stop complaining and whining and go on grinding.

Imo, all discussions of visibility are pure hearsay. There is no way to know what gives vis or how much it gives because THERE IS NO FORMAL SYSTEM TO CHECK YOUR VISABILITY *hint hint*

I wouldnt mind going to my trainer and selecting "Check my visibility!" or typing /checkVisibility ... but I think there should definatly be a system to know. We're jedi for goodness sakes, we should be able to sense this sort of thing!

Any jedi power you use withing 32 meters of an NPC will give you Vis..don't equip or un-equip your LS or robe within 32 meters of an NPC either. Follow these guidelines and you are good to go.

Yes...that means you can have your saber/robe equiped in front of NPCs, just dont un-eqiup or equip within 32 meters of them.

Naturally this means within 32 metersof Player Characters also.

If you keep force run 1 on all the time it creats no visibility also.

I would grind with vehicles and get BH every 2 days.

I grinded without vehicles and haven't seen a BH since. No joke.

I'm almost thinking that vehicles alone give visability.

just wear a condom on your saber and be safe
