What does defender0020's aura do compared to 0040 defender? How does the lower version compare?

Panties aren't the greatest thing in the world... But they are right next to it!

I rember reading earlier in the week about a post that talked about aura either being broken or nerfed and due to my lack of internet access i was unable to follow it and its post and cant find it now and was wondering if someone could catch me up if aura is broken or if it was nerfed. Thanks for all ur help
