You're not being left out, you can wear the padawan robes. You can't wear the new robes, but then again, no one else has the same amount of natural Health you do (as a wookiee).

If you couldn't wear the new robes, you'd be mad. So please stop telling us wooks and ithos not to be. It is not equal treatment, we can wear NONE of the clothing loot in pretty much the entire expansion. When I made my toon, if it said "entire expansions would be worthless for this species" I would have gone with a gay lookin twilek too. Other species goodies are what??? bigger health, a innate ability that was awesome, but was changed to something worthless, a language no one else can speak??? haha

I for one did not know there would be a clothing/armor issue until I had been playing over a month when a friend handed me his old bone armor and I could not put it on. There was nothing in the manual nor in the char creation... and like the other poster I quoted, I was not going to be a Wookiee Jedi... My slot that would open was to be my Jedi and I had planned to be human. That changed and I had no control over it.
As far as Cannon, this game is so messed up in that reguard that it makes me sick to see people try to use that as an aguement now.

I dont know if it's been stated yet but if you read the books then you'd know that Chewbacca's cousin was a jedi and guess what he's wookie. And EU states that all ithorians are force sensitive so they can be jedi also.

READ Rutigrrs post again and put yourself in our shoes... New cloaks come out with the expansion ToOW and you cant wear them because you chose to be a wookiee. Thats fine if all you feel your precious star wars imersion would be ruined with wooks and ithos running around in cloaks but give us something! Give me one of the Sage hoods with the same stats i dont care! I love it how some people on these forum put WAY to much effort in fighting against us wearing the damn things...
I agree there are a lot more issues at hand here that are more important, but this is a simple problem with a simple solution...
This is SWG not Star Wars the movie... I dont think you would see as many jedi so open with their powers and sabers as you do in most major cities either... AGAIN Its a game not the movies, get over it..
Give Twi'leks an extra 250 health, let us have special twilek imperial helemts. then you can have your wookiee loin cloth with force mods and a similar ithorian swoop helmet.

Wookiees have the added 250 health to make up for a lower action and mind regen than the other races. You want your Twi'lek to have an extra 250 health? Ok, I want my wookiee to have the regen rates your Twi'lek does then.
Most of the arguments against it are absolutely ridiculous. You see the number 250 and throw tantrums about wookiee's having so much more health than others. But then again, since wookiees have 250 more health we should also get lower action/mind regen and also not be allowed to wear clothing items that add to our Force regen, right?
It's not like we're asking for an advantage. We're asking to be on the same playing field... to have the same cloak that adds to our Force Regen. This is the wookiee armor argument all over again... and once again the opposing side has absurd arguments.

I just WANT<= *Key Word* to wear the cloak i would be happy with a sage hood with the same stats.. you cant add in new items for jedi and leave two species out its BS i dont care what anyone here says...wookiees shouldnt be able to wear a human sized cloak or anything clothing but this is not a human sized cloak because if it was a human sized robe bothans wouldnt be able to wear them...I'm pretty sure they can wear them... Wookiees are a lil taler but wiht the general style of body... same with ithos minus the huge long head...
You say we didnt get left out but to everyone that can wear robes get extra clothing slots for skill boost... with our padawan robes we just get a hat witha few sockets... this is where it is unfair..
