Whena BH comes for me I just cloak. I then follow it up with the following tell...
"Hi, I have stasis, FR3, and cloak. This fight was over before it started. You can stay here and waste your time or you can drop my mission and try and get someone else."
They usually leave. For a few BHs this only eggs them on further "what a little cocky Jedi punk" and continue to go after me. Once they realize they can't do much to kill me, they eventually leave. If they really start in with the hate tells and wont leave, I root, sabre hit as many times as possible to start wearing down their armor, and then FR3 away and cloak until i can land another root......then it's rinse and repeat. Once they've lost like 10K condition on their armor, they get the point that it's now costing them more to stay and deal with this nonsense than it would be to just pick up another mission, and usually leave.
I usually don't get ANY BH's that come for me anymore.

If you're getting upset over BH attacks then maybe you should drop Jedi.

Rules of Conduct
"By all means we want to encourage you to play your role, we just cannot allow that role-play to be done at another customer's expense."
"Those who wield the Force have many enemies throughout the galaxy. As a Jedi becomes better known, the likelihood that a bounty is placed on their head increases. While the exact nature of whom is spreading this information still remains a mystery, the general consensus seems to be that the more a Jedi uses their abilities where others can see them, the more likely it will be leaked to those who hunt them. When it finally hits the right sources, Jedi beware: the Bounty Hunters are coming.
Equipping a lightsaber, starting combat with a lightsaber and every Jedi action (powers and lightsaber specials) all have a visibility modifier. Each PC or NPC (non-animal) that observes a Jedi performing one of those actions will increase the Jedi's visibility. Wearing a Jedi Robe and tuning a crystal or pearl do not increase visibility. "
