Hey Baciacca, do you know if FS boxes will convert into anything? If non jedi with no FS boxes can respec and become 80 I think FS boxes should convert into some extra levels for us.

I had suggested that, but didn't get any dev response. I suggested that FS boxes convert to a percentage of levels above 80, rounding down. Thus, only someone who had finished the village would be CL90 to start with.

Also, for the others: banked jedi XP.. It's all combat XP now. So, you would need 4mil banked combat XP to become cert'd for 4th gen LS.

BTW: Has anyone else noticed how much the new system is like the village.. 24 boxes.. except it's 4 trees 6 boxes high heh. (of course, all other profs are like that too, but..).

tiggs said that we have 10 lvls to explore (as a bonus)
everybody will be cl80 after conversion
all lightsabers will be converted to something less than what you'll craft at lvl 90.

This sucks so bad. What the heck was SOE thinking. On another note, they are good about giving you some pretty good perks, but there is always a gotch. I guess Jedi not being to use a 4th gen saber is it. Well we got shafted on this one.

Remember that xp nerf that took place about a 1 1/2 months ago and everyone protested. Well i was in a group tonight on tc, and it has been implemented in this new cu. Interesting how nobody has caught that. So to think you will be able to level your toons faster, not going to happen. The xp will be greater from the npc's when you finish the quest. Either way the more people in your group the more xp you lose. Try it. They took it out of the system back then cause they had every intention of putting it in later.

It's not that bad you people are acting as though its the end of the world. Theydid this for a reason. For us toexplore and have something todo when this thing comes out. They are trying to rebuild the community. "OH NOES I WON"T BE ABLE TO PWNED PEOPLE RIGHT OFF THE BAT" Please. They are giving us a real chance to be part of the SW universe, lets just take it and be done with it. The want every one to tryout this new systemthey have worked on.

You didnt read this post did you FANBOY!

After months of grinding and testing we cant use our 4th gen sabers because we only have certs for 3rd gen, even if they convert them.

If you even knew how to press more than 2 buttons at the same time, console boy! You might enjoy the old swg game.
