Can jedi make Force rifles like we make light sabers? Then the rifles should be high quality and high accuracy. Or at least give Powers their big rock!

Well I do remember Han having a one piece suit made out of carbonite but it weighed a ton. Still it didnt require any ironing and was very wear resistant.

lol, would be nice but you would have to loot bullets off krayts and can u imagine having to tune a bandoleirfull of bullets...besides, soe would gimp it down to be about 22 caliber bullets anyway, or even give us blanks to shoot.

Does anyone no why SOE is doing this..... i bet u all do.. .TO LINE THIER POCKETS WITH MONEY... Think i new jedi since their r so many unlocking each phase. has nothing to defend agiast a bh but its hybrid. So now u get killed more often and have to spend more time grinding. HOPEFULLY LA WILL STEP IN AND TAKE OVER GALAXIES SOE IS RUINING STAR WARS IN EVERYWAY THEY CAN

renegade, you are exactly right. nothing takes longer than to regrind points in this game. more regrinding, more months playing. but that will blow up in soe's face. and we will all pay for it. the first sign of this game failing will be the merger of servers because of sparse populations and the first sign of that will be the ability to pack up a loaded house.....hmmmm....i think the first sign of the apocalipse has arrived. the first horseman mounts his steed.




talereen, let me clarify. you can use force without having a light saber in your hand, you wont be able to use force if you have a regular weapon in your hand. there is a difference.


and someone mentioned that the force doesnt come through the saber...very good point. the force is born in you not equiped by a weapon. when soe makes this horribly wrong change it goes against the original dynamic of the game. It shouldnt matter what weapon they are holding, the force is the force. and how did obi kill greivious? with a blaster.

So Kraken666 how do you figure they will beat down the man that has TKA skills? No weapon in hand, but you can use TKA skills. Sorry no healingfor you bud. Use a melee skill, you get a 60 sec force timer before you can use a force skill.


Maybe once Obi has the pistal equiped he could no longer force heal. Looked pretty beat up there in the last moment. SOE nerfed his Force ability had to actually draw a pistal out to something he coulda ripped out with a force throw to splatter.



COuld be that to kill something using the Force is the dark side, but killing something with a blaster is not. Semantics i tell you.

Man, this forum isn't at it's happiest and most smugunless there's some anti-Jedirumour that can be whipped up into a frenzied half-truth. There are a lot of things in the TRE files that have never seen the light of day.

utech, this isnt a rumor or a .tre file. i read this myself, i will try to find the post to show it. I am fully templated and this doesnt effect me, but I really hate to see this done to new paddies.

This has to be a bad joke, I can't see why on earth SOE would make it so Jedi can't use force powers while holding a (non-LS) weapon.

I some how don't think Lucasarts would go along with that and if such a change is coming then someone really needs a slap.

As for pearls well you can get perfect tunes off them, it's just very hard/rare.

Opps started thinking about the Episodes 4,5, and 6. If we cannot use the force while holding regular weapons, will that mean the force does not work when directed at weapons. I visualize Vader Force pulling Hans blaster while at the gas city. No more saber block? Well not that saber block didn't recieve the shaft already (pun intended).
Sometimes I feel lucky. Got three numbers on one powerball ticket and 1 number on the 2nd ticket. Then I go sadistic and come here to abuse myself.

Please do, I'd like to see where a red name posted that this was coming. Otherwise the only other post I saw about this was some guya week or so ago,who found something in a TRE file. And in that thread I read Blixtev's comments, which in no way confirmed or denied anything about this.
