that 5-7 grace day period is not true...

i am a POST-CU jedi, and i got killed on my 3rd day... so you can stick this myth up your poop shoot for anyone who thinks its a myth.. you can get killed the minute you start waving the glowy.. only skills i had was novice boxes.... i didnt stand a chance.. lol

Went into hiding the day I unlocked, was killed day 2 even though the only things that saw me where banthas...

Did it take you 4 days to do the paddy trials? I heard the myth in two versions, one was 7 days after you finish the trial, the other was that the 7 day period start as soon as you started the trials...

I completed the padawan trials in one day, next day I got hunted before I'd really even had a chance to get vis.

i agree on all 100% and im absolutely convinced now that jedi is only 1x the power of a normal proff... leaving the game (letting me henceforth not be in denial about the state of the game) has let me look back and see the truth... and its an ugly one

Change #9 to read Most non-Jedi hate Jedi and you'll be very close to the truth. Even Rangers hate Jedi, simply because they can't track a cloaked Jedi! (Personally, I think that's just a bug needing extermination, since even if you're cloaked you'd still leave footprints and scent.)

It's sad, really. Especially since I've not done anything to anyone, ever, that deserves thesort of ad hominem attacks, rampant generalizations, and outright hatred I see posted about Jedi in the SWG fora.

Im a ranger with tracking 4 and I have a cloaker jedi friend that loves to sneak up on people, but that I CAN track....and rangers DONT hate jedis...check the boards theres only one post recently and most of us in there disagreed with the posters.

Well, it's good to know there are some Rangers out there that don't hate Jedi.

Of course, I mentioned Ranger because it's the one that surprised me the most, regarding others that hate Jedi.

The fact remains, though, that not a week goes by in virtually every SWG forum without at least one post from some nimrod expressing dislike for Jedi, to say the least. The outright hatred -- I mean, down and out frakking hatred -- expressed in the BH and GCW fora is at times very disturbing.

(FWIW: my very first hologrind prof was Ranger, and it was the 2nd hardest to give up because of the horrendous grind it was back in them thar days (camping for hours FTL!). CH was the hardest to drop. /sniffle I miss my Graul teddy bear. /sniffle

Good friend got attacked first day as a jedi because was walking around the MO with titles, robes, and killing the npcs with a trainning saber few hours later bh came after 'em
