eheh nice post, i must admit that was tempted by this template and probably chose it if FA was not /suicide but anyway,,,
want just to add that this is a difficult template to use well and you need to manage force pretty well to be effective.
you need also to play a bit defensive, you have not good mitigation skills so a lot of attention is needed.
this template can be vuln to BHs, expecially when heal will be nerfed (and if FA will not be boosted)
power is difficult to grind (it lack a base attack) the suggestion is to grab sabre 0400 and use it to grind power, then when the template is almost finished drop it.

- Elemental damage on force powers is not working. This is the same deal for everyone else though. i don't think so, powers seem to have not 2 damage component but just one, lighting is all electrical damage for example, so there is not the same issues as for weapons. when elemental damage will be fixed i think power will not get any DPS boost.
- Mobs still aggro cloaked Jedi and follow them around, even though they cannot attack them. This causes the cloak drain to increase as more and more mobs simply follow the cloaked Jedi. this can also be used as an advantage eheh

I think this is mostly a "lag" issue, your client think that the mob is more distant from you than what it actually is, when the server update the position of the mob the client move it in the right place making it seem to move even if rooted or in stasis
- Force armor does not apply mitigation first when calculating force costs. This causes force costs to be way too high. this is right, not a bug, FA is a sort of force shield around you so is natural that it absorb damage before natural mitigation. The problem is that the conversio ratio force to health is not balanced.
This is a great post, maybe just maybe someone will look at it that actually works for SOE.
For the life of me I cant understand the developers point of view with powers. Is it that they feel its a supplemental tree? I for one having seen all the movies and read almost every book, would disagree. Look at the most recent movie as an example, youda and sidious first dueked to a draw with lightsabers, then sidious drove yoda off using all powers. His TK ability was insane, yet we get force hit...remember when vader threw all that stuff at luke? where is that ability? If you play the game city of heroes, you can get a cool power that summons objects from someplace and hurls them at your opponent. Cars, oxygen tanks, boxes, etc, its a riot, anyway, even though alot of the enviornment is "static" a powers user should be able to hurl objects around them at opponents. The powers animations are terrible overall, I agree with the arc things, what is that? Its just sad, you try to RP the dark side and you just cant do it.

Nice post! I play exactly this template and I like it very much.
Maybe this isn't the right place to discuss, but recently I noticed another bug on selfRez, which might affect you.
If you die and you use the selfResurrect, your force regen gets cut to 50% for 30 sec. If you die again, and use the same skill again, you get another 50% reduction. So you're stuck with 25% of your original regen rate. However, this effect doesn't wear off after 30 seconds. In fact you're stuck with the reduced regen rate until the next server reboot.
I noticed this because I selfRezzed4 times in a row. My regen rate was practically 0, I got about 5 force in 20 seconds (with meditation, lol). Neither relogging nor normal cloning removed the effect. I really had to wait for the next server reboot. Until then my Jedi was completely useless. No idea if this is a known issue or if someone else is affected by this bug.
Anyway, since then I rather clone and spend a few minutes running back to combat than running around with reduced regeneration for the rest of the day.
- You like to play solo most of the time.

- You want to be a tank.
- You want to be the main damage dealer that gets the kill.

- You want to be uber and not worry about all those tactics and applying the right special at the right time. You prefer a more "passive" combat type, like the pre-CU days with uber buffs, foods and armor, and just want to dish it out and absorb it all.
There is nothing wrong with that. It's called playstyle. This is mine and I love it, and I know others like it too, which is why I made this post, to help them since this playstyle is more complex. I never intended uber tank/damage types to switch to this if it does not fit their combat style.
I'll edit the original post with additional comments and info based on feedback gathered. But for now, for some reason I do not get an edit button. Stay tuned.

I understand why some of you need to be damage dealers and do not like support roles. This template is not for everyone. personally I like to feel useful ina group, and I find much gratification from my teammates when I actually make our victory easier. It's called teamplay. I have found that against an equal force, 4v4, 5v5, 8v8, etc. thr group with the best crowd control and support skills usually wins, it can also tip the odds when you seem disadvantaged. I solo all the time, jsut kite with choke and use a rifle if need be. Do krayts and kimo's.
Mpowers Menhancer here. Looking for something to go with powers though not too hapy with enhancer maybe heal or something not too sure and not too crazy about msaber and mpowers. Might temp to mheal.
