You practically equate SOE/Garva/Tiggs as the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) with their bureaucracy towards customer service. Tiggs do what Michael Brown did, resign! You've failed to communicate with your subscriber base.

Hehe - Mr Brown was TOLD to resign - Something along the lines of "Do usa service, do the country a service and resign"
Tiggs resigning wouldn't do us a service. When your hands are tied and you must say only so much, and use only specific information - Whoever would follow would use the same lines, same answers, etc

What service is Tiggs' providing us now because tid bits of information here and there? All I want, and I think the rest of the community wants, are the bugs to be addressed and fixed. I could really care less of another expansion pack. Another expansion pack would do us a service. I understand she has to walk the fine line, but come on, there are game breaking (making no fun to play, that is the reason we play) bugs that are neglected. Communication is key, calming the troops and boosting morale is essential.

No argument there - But the key is that a replacement for Tiggs (Who incidentally, if you read the tracker WAS trying to lighten up the mood and have some fun WITH the community recently) - May not be as fun loving as Tiggs, and potentially could be even MORE tight with information.
Mind you, I am not making excuses for Tiggs nor SOE in the respect that we don't get communication. But I really do think laying the blame at her feet isn't the proper place to lay it. Blame a management that historically has been told to NEVER admit mistakes (Lots of cases of Sony never admitting to faulty electronic products, etc) and to respond with inquiries politely, but never admit to anything (Corporate mentality + Corporate espionage cases) - They have no idea how a GAME company needs to run, that gamers feed off of information, and like to feel like they are a part of the process.

Who cares about fun loving? We want someone who communicated.
