You think that's bad, you should have seen the response I got from CSR_DontGiveARats when I complained about the current state of the Jedi profession:

I understand your concern regarding the situation. I suggest that you please cancel your account/s and **edit** off to WOW. I hope it will resolve the issue.
If you encounter any other in game issues (which inevitably you will), please dont file a new ticket. We're far to busy laughing while we own your **edit** with out BH toons.

Sometimes I wonder if these CSRs speak and understand English?! Do you think SOE is operating a "sweat shop" of sorts? hmmmm...

Actually, and I kid you not, I heard most CSR are from India. Same sort of thing as UK call centres moving their operations their.

Yeah I'm pretty sure Tiggs is from india. hehe.
They told me that it wasn't possible.
I get the feeling that most of the CSRs have no clue how to do their jobs.
