even if random mobs spawn during those quests for different people this still makes an exact same objective for everyone to achieve (get 4 badges then get to be a hero), even though devs stated that everyone will have a different path and probably wont even know how they have opened up the FS slot.

Concerning your spoiler, you said it's the one that says two other smugglers are lieing. Can you please clarify?

One smuggler(C) says "Dont trust A and B. Both of them are lieing"

Another says "Two of them always lie. You can trust the other four"

And another says "C isnt telling the truth: either A or B is lieing, the other is not"

All three say two others are lieing. My guess has always been the first one, but your spoiler has created doubt If you could specify I'd appreciate it. Still looking for the spawn though.

To an extent I have to disagree with the posting of this, you did an outstanding job, but the nature of these symbols should focus on the ability of the players to use their intelligence to solve the logic problem. It took me a good 15 mintues on paper to work out the problem - and before no one was out there, tonight however, at 3:46 in the morning there were 6 players running around knowing both where the quest is, and how to solve it without earning the badge through the merit of intelligence.

Shrug, such is life though - I only wish the quest was randomized each time to not allow for such a simple spoiler of it. People who use the answer here to solve the mission (as the people I talked to tonight planned to) do not 'earn their badge of intelligence' through intelligence.

I hope the author was vague to an extent given there are 3 options that fit the catagory - I really do hope people will at least TRY to work out this problem, and use the suggestion he gave only as a guide, and not as a walk up and click the answer to prove your intelligence.

Half the fun is in the challenge of solving that problem - it's a very fun challenge.

I agree with you that spoilers tend to take the fun out some things some of the time. But for the most part all they are is time savers for those who would accomplish the task eventually anyways.

This BH/smuggler puzzle is not a once in a life time opportunity. If you fail, then it'll respawn again eventually and you can try again. If you acquire the badge through the process of elimination (since the dialogue doesnt change) or from a spoiler, what's the difference? Of course, it's certainly best to get it right the first time, but there's really no way to tell how many times someone tried before they got it right.

I for one have done the research and think I have it figured. If I'm wrong, then I'm wrong. No big deal, I would simply do the quest again until I got it right. However, since someone DID post a spoiler, I would most certainly like to compare my guess with the correct answer, especially as you pointed out there will be a lot more people out the searching for this camp to get their mark. If a spoiler is to be posted, posting accurate information will save time, minimize people griefing each other, and eliminate hogging while people trial/error their way through.

Once the cat is out of the bag, it's hard to put it back in. Such is life as you say, but at this point posting the specifics will be better for everyone, the 'intelligent' and 'unintelligent' alike.

Well there is a problem with this now. Sooo many people are out there that no one respects the fact that you found the camp first. So even though you were the first one there, they will in turn run up finish the quest and have it go poof around you. So you better know the answer when you see it, or you will lose your chance.

Sorry I know it's wrong and such but people have no respect for others in this and while you personally might, there are many more that do not.

I go to the mark of intelligence spawning areas daily. I haven't seen the camp yet, but I wont give up.

One question:

At most of these spawning locations published, I don't see camps. Let's say I see Valarian thugs. I just see the thugs, no tent or anything. Can I POSSIBLY get the quest from there or must i see a tent?

IF anyone has gotten this badge recently on Starsider please say so, Im beginning to think it's broken on SS ...

I sincerely apologize to those that feel I've ruined the quest for them and/or the Star Wars Galaxies community at large. I had only good intentions by posting the information I collected and I did try to distinguish spoiler information from overview information.

Yokatsu,

Smuggler C is the correct choice. "Dont trust A and B. Both of them are lieing"
