It isn't in the eyes of SOE that you did more work, it's the fact that some idiot at sony didn't adjust the loot tables with the CU, and they ended up leaving it that way because they most likely just picked up on it in the past month or so, and that would be admitting that they are the most RETARDED group of programmers in the world.
The high end crystals/pearls will be back, and if you don't believe me let's bet on it.
Even if they put premium pearls back, you won't be guaranteed to get a good tune everytime. The next whine would be, "FIX TUNING NOW!!1!1" Because you would still be stuck tuning ALOT of pearls and spending millions to get a perfect saber.

NONE of those post cu jedi have had the dealings with the points i made above so they have no right to critisize the pre cu jedi or beg for free gimmies.

My best guess is that you guys don't like competition, and just want to be able to straight outdamage everyone else in the game by 200 points, as some kind of reward for being here since before the CU (which was 6 months ago, wow 6 month veterans how special)
And to the new jedis, and new players in general don't let the "vets" panic you. With enough Feedback on the subject, and it will take a LOT of feedback through all possible venues, as this is really the only way to reach gaming companies, crystals will be restored, and the players who deserve to excel will.
I don't recall any vet saying to never have them drop again, in fact I know many vets who would like to IMPROVE their sabers. Now, with that being said, yes we older jedi do have a distinct advantage... at the moment. Frankly, I am kinda a mid jedi, not way pre-cu, but full temp shortly before. I had to get my pearls while I was grinding in the village and doin padawan grinding.
In any case the biggest concern from what Tiggs said was that the jedi who have these pearls put either A.) alot of time/effort into getting them, or B.) alot of money..... for me its letter B, and the thing that rings in all our minds is "... the jedi who have the premiums will be able to keep them in the interim. To me that just sounds bad, and to many vets we would rather see a few minority have the good pearls(and frankly so would the BHs) and the majority be at the same playing level. Now this is only IF premiums are not being put in the game again, but I wouldn't want to see the people who do have them get nerfed cause of this. To all those who want us to lose our prems, stop calling for nerfs and get you some dropped!
Also, I think the best way to do it is to reinstate the premiums but give them a chance to drop on creatuess level 85+. Simple solution.

not asking for a nerf.But if you think about it, you also could wear armor for a certain time, there were many grind spots that you used to your advantage.
Face it, you had a different system to grind in as we do now. And yes post CU i was picked on by BH's who picked my mission. AND i also grinded in the CU without the advantage of groups.
I understand you had it different, but because of a lot of the older "vet" jedi complaining about things when they were going through it, resulted in some of the way things are now.
I never have asked for anything on a silver platter, that will never happen as far as that term and the word "Jedi" are used in the same sentence.
You had many advantages grinding pre CU that we didn't just as we have advantages now that you didn't.
What is the big deal here? I think for the most part, Post CU jedi, if they are smart, would not want to nerf anything, but to be able to adequately be able to survive a bit better. Even some you older jedi have to admit you couldn't make it if you were a post CU jedi and some of you would complain as well if you were in the same situation as most post CU jedi.
we need to keep things as theyare for the Pre cu jedi don't nerf them, just give us the ability ) post CU jedi) to be able to survive a bit better
If we remember that we are all jedi together and not grasp at each ther's throats, we will have a better profession.

What older Jedi like myself are sick of is every Nub Respec Jedi in the game telling us our pre CU sabers need to be nerfed, our pearls need to be nerfed, and or ADK should no longer work on Sabers.
This is complete idiocy and one of the most myopic points of view any player could ever have for their own profession.
Elder Jedi as you call us don't want you to be "Griefed" if that is what you call having to wait 7 weeks to get Premiums, what we want is for you guys to stop trying to nerf the Frikken profession. If your saber is decent then wait for the expansion and improve it then, if your current saber sux then get out their and loot some damn pearls.
