"In a PVP setting

Breach works well if its a 1 on 1 battle"

I've found the opposite to be true, the time/force used to apply breach doesn't justify its use unless your opponent doesn't realize a buffs have been removed but that's hopping for your opponent to be somewhat of a newbie.

In 1v1 you want to focus on healing, dealing damage; there's little time towastewith breach.Master powers being a crowd control template it's at a disadvantage 1v1.

Breach in a large scale war = no time to use it

again I've found it is useful to an extent in large scale wars. Unlike 1v1 you have more lee way inusing other skillswithout an opponent focusing on you.

I have master powers/defender with 3 in heals and 2 in enh

I've the same Mpowers/Mdefender template w/ 3002 enh. just finished dumping 0400LS so i still have to finish off the adjustment to my temp.

I'ld consider dumping heals all together and accept the Mpowers role as support. (avoid 1v1 ) because the speed in 3---enh is almost a must considering the slow attacks of powers. In the end i'll probably go Mpowers dabble in defender w/ 3402 enh 4000 healer.

If you FR 1 and spam choke on every target you see you ahve a great chance of turning the tide

In large scale war you want touse area attacks. AreaKD, Area Intim.,AreaLightning. Itmakes a big difference and save the choke for targets already under attack by someone else. Usually i hit choke on targets that are called in TS but mainly focus on the Area attacks.

If one tries to run as they allways do . Fsup is good

Are the damage done by Choke, Force Hit, Lightning ect All effected by Force Accuracy in a significant way?

Yes, assuming you use foods and tapes. Every point over your defenders defense stat does additional damage. Pop a deuterium pyro right before a choke and OUCH.

Hey nice tip on that deuterium pyro I think I will buy some and try it on the next bh i encounter.
