Is Force Breach functional? Does it remove all Player jedi buffs?

Are the damage done by Choke, Force Hit, Lightning ect All effected by Force Accuracy in a significant way?

If I have +25 general ranged Accuracy and +25 Force Accuracy Tapes, will they make a major difference in my DPS?

Thanks

-DPS unless I'm missing something has nothing to do with accuracy, but those tapes would help you hit you target more often.

Force Breach is functional and very important for a powers wielder to use in a JvJ battle imho.

As for accuracy, yes all of your force attacks are affected by your force accuracy. Not only will you hit more, but if your ranged attacked number is higher than your targets ranged defense you get a small bonus to the damage. I believe the larger the difference the greater the damage bonus with diminishing returns of course. As for the skill tapes making a major difference....I wouldn't say its worth 100's of millions, but it helps.

50/50 chance every time you use it, per buff, modifed by tape bonuses. Even removes force infusion. Lethal against an enhancer.

Yes, assuming you use foods and tapes. Every point over your defenders defense stat does additional damage. Pop a deuterium pyro right before a choke and OUCH.

Plain and simple yes. Despite what you have been told, general ranged tapes- including speed - do modify force powers. Use em.

Another question:

Does Force Weaken improve the DPS of your offensive powers attacks?

Far as I know, Force Weaken does a tiny amount of damage and Snares your target. It doesn't actually.. uh.. weaken it lol.

It only removes Jedi Enhancer buffs (i.g. force shield, force feedback, force armor, etc) You have a
50% chance of removing each enhancer force buff with each use and costs a ton of force.

The dmg, from my experience, would only be significantly increased if you were not Master Powers. If you
only had Powers 4/0/0/4 for example, the +25 force accuracy & +25 gen. ranged accuracy would be of great
benefit to you. I suspect the reason for this is the whole deminishing returns thing.

Thanks

Hope that helps in some small way Kiranna.
May the force serve you well...

Breech works, but chances of it actually doing something is going to take some force usage. As for the accuracy, it plays an extremely important part of the profession, with a +25 ranged accuracy and force accuracy in tapes and a +210 accuracy Denutrium-pyro you can choke a knocked down opponment for over 600 a tick and ohter attacks for slightly more damage than a master wielder without it. I have a +15 ranged accuracy and my lightning only gained 10 points in damage against the same target so stock up on Denutrium-pyro.

In a PVP setting

Breach works well if its a 1 on 1 battle

Breach in a large scale war = no time to use it

I have master powers/defender with 3 in heals and 2 in enh

If you FR 1 and spam choke on every target you see you ahve a great chance of turning the tide

If one tries to run as they allways do . Fsup is good

Force Breach is useless for a few reasons: breach misses a lot, expect to use it 2-3 times before it takes anything useful off the target, Buffs removed by breach are easily reapplied with less force and time cost.

Breach becomes necessary when you fight a master enhancer who has the def. buffs up but even then breach runs into the problems mentioned above. I've fought a Menh 1v1 and he kept reapplying the buffs after i managed to remove them, i'ld have been better served just using an LS.

The good news is that because Mpowers is not considered a threat many jedi don't bother wasting the force putting up the anti-Powers buffs.

I'ld leave Breach off your toolbar for something more useful.....for that matter you can leave off Weaken, Mind Blast, Saber Throw, and Force Strike.

In every single PvP fight I see almost every Jedi turn on force shield, absorb and feedback as often as they can. Saber throw, and mind blast are still useful infact if you mindblast and land both stun and dizzy and land an intimidate, your target is going to do over 60% less damage to you. Here is a list I wrote in another thread thread.

No Breech does not affect avoid incap.
