I've seen Jedi far more "ghetto" looking then this guy. Besides he has his own sense of style. Personally I think you look like obi-one not very unique imo. And why cant a rebel jedi use a red saber? You dont seem to realise that imp jedi are NOT Sith.
Anyways... too each his own. I dont care how he looks as long as what comes out of his mouth isnt offensive.

thank god wookies can't wear hawtpants.....only thing worse than a fat dancing wookie would be a fat dancing wookie wearing hawtpants...I mean, I like wookies and all...but they shouldn't dance.

If it isnt obvious to you why, let me explain: Since he is a rebel(see necklace) this is a light Jedi, yet he's using a LS crystal named after a Sith lord which has a red tone. He's wearing a bandolier w/ weapon ammunition on it. A belt w/ grenades on it. Two robotic arms. No shirt. "Shorts". Casual shoes. Sunglasses. A "snow" hat.
Now, there is nothing wrong with any of those things in themselves, but when their all on a Jedi its ridiculous. There is nothing SW(relating to the movies or books) about that character. He looks about as far from a Jedi as you can look, and from what I've observed acts the same way. Its obvious that all this person is concerned about is being "l33t". Now, I'm not saying I think all Jedi should go around in their stock robes, as I dont w/ my Jedi. But at least I still a look and act like one.
Its the kind of Jedi that constantly duels in the MO w/ their robotic limbs and completely un-SW dresschallenging noobs to duels and all around acting like a spoiled childthat ruins the feeling of SW in this game, not the number of Jedi. I dont expect this to be incredibly well recieved here, as at least half of the Jedi in this game are just like the one I've discussed, but that doesnt really bother me. I've said my piece. To those that are not like this, and try to actualy be a Jedi like myself, I salute you. We are a rare breed.
agree with you 100%

While I agree there's little structure implemented to secure the continuity if Starwars in SW:G it's the uniqueness of the indivuall which makes this game so damned actractive.
Jedi need more clothing geared towards their skills while maintaining a generall image of a starwars universe while maintain the individuallism which currently exists.
As for the OP's reference to the mentioned "jedi", I think he looks like a Jedi in my eyes while the op's Jedi appears to be a more traditional Jedi.
HEck, click "Pick me!! Pick me!!" in my sig to see my Jedi.

Wow, the fashion police have arrived. I guess I had better get rid of my banes heart (me being a rebel, that may upset you a tad). I'll also visit an image designer and get my hair dyed blonde, lest my purple ponytail offend. I also better visit a tailor and get my purple clothes binned and have some carbon copy "wannabe jedi"clothes made instead to wear.

I'd love to not wield a fruity colored saber....unfortunatly, they make us choose between coolness and effectiveness. ...I still don't understand why they didn't fix the bug anddistribute random crystals for the village quest instead of just the one. instead...they decided the bug was "unintended functionality" and liked it.

Threads like this one are the reason Roleplayers continue to be alienated if not hated by the General Population on MMO's. It's a game, apparently that guy is having fun with his character, maybe you should too. What if I told you that clones of Jango Fett and wannabe Boba's ruined my immersion? Same difference, stop pointing fingers and play the game.

OMG, call the Jedi Fashion Police!!!
Seriously, why do you care? Some people are always trying to tell others how to play their game. He is notinsisting that you or anyone else dress like him, why can't you have the common courtesy to do the same? Because it insults your misplaced and misguided sensibilities? Don't even get me started on what *you're* wearing...Take a look here.

I don't like it, I never said I wanted to force them to stop doing it.

well, there is a difference between being yourself, and purposely annoying others...I didn't look at the clickies....so I don't know which he is....but those thathave more fun annoying others, through whatever means...are the ones that really hurt the game.
now I just looked....there's nothing wrong with that Jedi.
for the record...I'm a redneck Jedi....I wear Camo....I keep a few broken swoops and speeders in my front yard.... and I've said "may the force be with yall"

ok the dude looks dumb, but come on yoda was green. I have seen MUCH worse, and actually it makes me laugh and brightens my time playing. The best name thus far i have seen that for some reason makes me laugh is Stabby McStabby lol

I agree. Those people bother me as well. But I don't hold it against them. I roleplay my Jedi as much as possible. I am tolerant of people like that because that is how they want to play. I try to stay in character and dress a certain way. I even get compliments on the way I act. That is why I continue to do so and why those guys won't bother me enough to do anything about it.
