Thread: Question: Why do jedi think they deserve more?

Jedi is a starter class now, and they will be given no exception to the new system. All combat classes will be balanced, as any game should be, yet jedi seem to think they should be more powerful. Why? And let's not use the argument that the movies say so because this game is now officially the furthest from the movies ever.

because of roughly 36 million exp ground out for full template pre cu, because of countless hours hunting krayt dragons to get a decent saber and so on.
exactly couldn't of said it any better.

Because I didn't see Obi-Wan getting killed by a novice fencer in the movies. In the movies they represent the elite fighting class.
Oh and the millions of XP I have to grind compared to that normal professions.
In the movies there weren't Jedi running around every corner either. Pretty much why the movie argument no longer applies it seems. btw, will there even be novice fencer in the game anymore?

I dont know man, seeing Epsd III again tells alot and left alot of open ideas...
When they changed the beacon at the Jedi template and made it very clear that all other Jedi stay clear and hide -- AND I mean they even said -- it will be very very hard for the Troopers to figure this out... They left alot of open ideas there and who knows just how many Jedi were out there.
Besides FS people, there could be millions... When they said that again it was so clear of what they were saying, leaving it more open then ever before actully.
Just because the story follows one or 5 people does not mean that was the only ones in the whole universe. If this was true there would only be about oh say about 17 Bounty Hunters too... See the point?

Ok, let's just say we follow what happened in Epsd III. Every Jedi would still be outlawed, and attackable by anyone getting a paycheck from the emperor.
