Thread: aura bugged atm?

stealth nerfs for the win.
Notice a trend? Every broken Jedi ability is remaining broken (LS speed anyone?) and any that works (FR, cloak, aura) is either being broken or nerfed to broken.
But let something happen to the Holy Combat Necromancer (DoT bug) and a hotfix appears THE NEXT DAY!
They haven't fixed ONE Jedi problem in months. Well, the padawan robes now work, but big freaking deal...

Imp Aura works, its on a curve system of somesort.
Some Mathmagician should be able to figure it out lol, but its too early for me.

Yep it is borked again. Noticed after Pub 24 while tanking picketts. It is only working like basic aura

i got a jedi on kauri with improved aura was messing around with a character i got on bloodfin who is a master tk might have been me but seems like improved CoB is more effective than improved aura.

I haven't noticed a difference. When hunting yesterday and too on 2 Bh and didn't notice anything different.

Danget, MDEF was the only decent jedi thing I had going really...msabers is ok...but mdef was my favorite, loved being a tank

I think its to do with the changes to high NPC's accuracy and defence mods. So because they have a much higher accuracy bonus than before aura isn't making as big a difference.

havent noticed any difference in rvr (Bhs and stuff)
in PVE high lvl mobs do seem to hit slightly harder and miss less but I suspect it has to do with changes to the NPS not aura
Increased defense should make you harder to hit (higher miss rate) not reduce damage anyways as I understand it..
