just FYI, I believe these 'cloaks' will be designated as a no-trade item.

You can wear what is basically a padawan robe -2 regen +15 health with your CA suit -cloak slot.
That is:
+8 regen +250 force +15
Trousers
Shirt
Boots
belt
hat
gloves
bandoleer/backpack
Compared to the padawan robes:
+10 regen +250 force
belt
hat
gloves
Is no one else happy about this?
The hood is down so you can wear a hat.
I agree, a new look would have been nice, but this is still good. Means no more wearing the ugly padawan robes, who the hell wears them anyway? only jedi in the new movies. I spit on the jedi robes, and embrace the jedi cloaks... Hallaluah SOE!

Yep and where is the issue with them?
Sacrifice 1 clothign slot for an equivalent to our jedi robes. everything else can be packed with be modded 4 socket clothing for your uber jedi suits.
It sure sounds good to me.
