I think I agree with most of the concepts in this brief. There are a lot of unaswered questions but the spirit of the idea seems good.

IF it resembles another MMO's end game, it wasnt intentional, as i havnt played WOW or Guildwars.

I think this idea has alot of potential, the fact that a jedi wont lose any xp from a bh kill means we can enjoy the expansions they come out with, and the major pvper's will be off doing something else. Its like a shuttle, it would port people off were they want to go. Ya have to give bounty hunters something though, like give them xp still if they kill us.
Make them able to hunt us again as invest 3 like it was once before, and FRS will truly be the end game a pvper's dream. To answer the question someone said hell no? Only a very few will ever reach that rank cause there are only a few seats.
GOOD IDEAS SEND IT TO TIGGS TO HAVE HER SEND IT ON TO THE DEVS

How about this, you grind a full temp, do a stupid quest to get knight, then you get 250 more SP. Win.

Actually, i am a MBH or on my way since launch, and the BH are able to hunt the all the Jedi. Non-FRS Jedi would recieve no regular XP loss, and FRS Jedi lose rank. FRS Jedi can only be hunted on planets other than the FRS planet, however there is incentive not to AFK on this planet as the jedis FRS XP advancement would be paused. As the jedi gets more powerful, a BH may bring other BH or non BH friends to help in the attack. The other players do not require any BH skills, just be in the BH group. The group size would have a limit for the BH depending on his mark. The system is meant to be very dynamic and Jedi advancement would be fast. The truely masterful jedi should still be able to retain their high rank if theyre good enough. There will be a constant power battle between Dark and Light.

Its a good idea. 99 percent of the nay sayers (disrespectful ones) have offered nothing like u and gizmo have, so their opinions dont count..
I do have a few on slowing the jedi grind some...make the spin at master ls or a 4 box is one..

Sounds really great, which also means it will never be put in this game.
Also it should be free, but charging is something I wouldnt put past SOE.
