The target has center of being active and from the looks of it, is using crispic.
Normally :
7436 points of damage
-60% from 10000 armor rating
7436 - 4461
= 2975 points of damage after armor.
So a m.def with a PSG or a m.def with force armor with aura active would be hit for 2975.

The scary part about this is trying to calculate what the base damage was before mitigating it with Vegeparsine and your defense mods and Pikaatta.

Has this been fixed:
Melee Defense _ONLY_ applies _while_ holding a melee weapon.
Ranged Defense _ONLY_ applies _while_ holding a ranged weapon.
My understanding is that if a player were holding a melee weapon that any/all ranged defenses they posess would not be functioning based upon defenses are now generic are applied to the chracter based on a global affect. Aren't the defenses applied indicitve of the weapon being held so if the above example were holding the pike the would be applied to ALL attacks including melee and ranged. This example would be reversed if the player were holding a ranged weapon then their ranged defenses would be applied regardless if they were attacked in melee or ranged.
