Thread: A plea to the jedi community
ok....as a jedi that grinds there....and has grinded there thro master defender, enhancer, powers, and ls. The point is.....we all dont have tons of time to go into spin groups for hours and hours....but we all have time to set up 5 macros and let our computer run for 24 hours....check in once in a while.....its the same thing that happened with the geo caves....its about time....and its about how we wont to play it....i personaly rather spend 3-5 say completely a tempalte so i can go out and do lots of the fun stuff (not that grinding is boring it just gets tiered some). For all you non jedi that are complaining......i have one thing to say YOU DONT UNDERSTAND and for all you vet jedi that are complaining.... STF-U your just jealous and plus its not our fault that they made it so easy....you would have done the same thing too.

Cabra, you are a reject. I can't believe that you are admitting to afking jedi. Tell you what, STF-U and I don't EVER want to hear you tell any of us that actually earned our jedi anything! You are what is entirely wrong with Jedi, SWG and MMORPG's in general. What server are you on? You have given me a reason to create a MBH there just so I can kill you over and over again.
I work 50+ hours a week and still managed to grind my jedi and have a life. If you can't put in the work, then you don't deserve it.
It's people like you tha will end up screwing the rest of us over with more and more nerfs until jedi is completely worthless, like Squad Leader and Commando..I'm sure they will all thank you for ruining their professions with your 'nade grind too.

Get a grip people. What makes the game not fun are the people complaining on how someone else got to their chosen profession.
Take a deep breathe. Exhale. Repeat.
Let me get this straight. Group max is 8, if you had 30, were you all getting xp? Or was the XP going to the group that did the most damage?

Its a natural part of life called the path of least resistnace.Even the "your being lazy for trying to find the fastest way to complete your template types" hated grinding,(My favorite of this type are the Holo-grinders who act as though they actually played each profession they clicked through)when your grinding your not playing the game. The trails offer the easiest way to aquire the XP you need to complete your template and get back to the game. Its not the BH the BHs will come get you on the trails its the fact that you can outgrind the xp loss allot faster.
Grinding in this or some equal fashion has been around since the holo-grind and will continue to be around until the need to grind is taken from the game. Personaly Id prefer to be able to make xp at a decent rate grinding solo or w a few other people but you cant. I'd love to get XP for my profession by completeing a particular mission (say they gave me XP for doing the find Brody Johnson thing or something to that aspect but they dont. They basiclty say the path from a to b has a 100 or so thousand mobs in front of it start swinging. So I'll hang out on the trails chat w the people in my group while running a target macro. And as far as AFKers go they bug me about as much as the afk cantina dancers that spam tip me 100k or more and ill put you in my bio, (yay!). which means I'm annoyed but they dont make me angry. Of course ill take a group full of AFKers over the l337 kiddies showing off their repetoire of profane comments. (why do so many in the community not like Jedi I wonder)
Not everyone there is AFK, not everyone there is a "jeteye" Some of us are guys who have played the game a certain way for quite awhile who have finaly decided to give Jedi a try and just want the grind portion out of the way so we can get back to playing the game. We need to put some time in to get our toon that is 1.5 times better than other toons Im not going to complain about that Ijust want to be able to keep my head down and get it done with and if doing it on the trails makes me a lazy person so be it.
To all the "whenI grinded my Jedi we couldnt even ignite our sabers we had to beat the mob w the blunt end of our handles" well im sorry about your luck.
Oh yeah, I just remembered.
If you are a Pre-CU Jedi then I think you may be a hipocrit (sp?) for if you did the holo-grind and mastered musician/dancer/image designer/entertainer and you did it AFK in a cantina, you would be a hipocrit (sp? again).
I see no difference, of course I am blind but that doesn't matter at this time.
So, does that mean the LOS bug is supposed to be used because it's there?
BTW, there were many exploits that I could have used, but chose not to exploit because it is wrong! If you finish in 3 to 5 days, then you are indeed ruining jedi, along with the other 30 jedi down there.
I am not jealous. Why would I be? You will be retarded as a finished jedi, just like you are now.
