my jedi is m powers 0404 saber 4100 healer enhancer 0004 and defender 0020

Armour in general beats aura personally. i ground out the 3 mill needed to switch aura to armour and havent regretted it. 30 min timer as opposed to annoying 50 sec timer and protects against a good amount of damage, its only downfall is you cant tank lots of mobs in PVE.

Action is never a problem really.

only powers attacks that are worthwhile are :

Choke
KD
Intim
Breach
Cloak

Lightning is nice for show and thats about it.

Sabers 0440 and a good pearls (712 max dmg i think) i have a dps of 586 with tapes 576 without (seeing as they are broken).

Im more a PVE jedi these days and powers is nice for that too but more as a boost to saber damage. Id not be a no saber powers user ever.

Barely use it, not noticed a worthwhile result.

With the new snare changes however it may come into play more.

From my POV the qualities of this temp are:

M. Powers (it's cool), x4xx Lightsabers (Armour break and Power attack, allows me to continue to weild a saber which I think is realistic to star wars), 34x2 Enhancer (get the armour, imp force speed and channel), 4x4x Healer (1500 heals, sap & shock).

Downside is lower amount of force compared to double mastery. No tanking ability with defender, but I don't think powers temps can really go toe to toe with a MSaber. Also got to see how the cloak changes are going to affect powers

I find it above all...extremely fun.

But its a very good template too, if you know how to use it.
I have the sabers x4xx primarily for the imp. armor break, but the few attacks are an added bonus.

And this is not a "toe to toe" template. With cloak you can choose your battles, surprise will get you far with this setup.
But if you must get "down and dirty" this template can stand pretty ok 1vs1 vs. other jedi with creative use of foods, Force Armor and of course...skill.

Against nonjedi this template is pretty much godlike.
Not in way of defense, but the damage you can do.
When being choked, armor broken and being fried by lightning (that benefits from armor break) nonjedi will be forced to pretty much 100% healingloop which usually fails even before their mind goes.

you do know weaken lowers their ham bar and is a snare right?

Tried it, barely any change and lasts for such a short time its pointless.

i am mpowers, ls 0404, 3402 enh, 4000 healer and i enjoy it quite a bit. the reason i chose the ls technique line is because of the saber throws, which complement the other ranged attacks of powers very nicely. sure, im not gonna kill anyone with my saber throws alone, but as an added bit of damage running alongside lightnings and chokes, it makes a significant difference. with the saber that you have, i would think this would be even more valuable.

if you want to still fight like a mls/mdef, but with mpowers up your sleeve, then go 4400 ls. but if you want to maximize the ranged potential of powers, i would definitely do 0404.
