This is an easy answer, but let me start off with you don't get 2 weeks worth of respec, or at least I didn't. I got my "you must respec this play session" and the token on my of my alts I reactivated a few weeks ago that wasn't logged in after CU hit.
These Bh's you came across got mater BH in the respec weeks were badges were turned off. Badges are back on now so when I respected that alt I was talking about i got the badges also.

Yep have seen this several times... Like the other posts say, they could be new respecs (so no badge)...
But there was also a period where the Badges were and were not applied properly during the initial respec stage right after the CU.
The MBH that didn't get their badge from this period, didn't complain, for obvious reasons, it gives them the edge. So don't expect a fix on this too soon, also don't trust anyone..

I had this problem but with pistoleer, like a month after my respec period I dropped mrifle for mpistoleer and didn't get the pistoleer badge until a few days later
No problems with bh's tho thought I should just I should share my other expirence

I have 13-15 professions mastered that do not have badges because profession badges werent out yet when I did them.

Good to know about that respec token though, i sent in tickets saying i wasnt able to get profession badges on multiple servers that i mastered since i reactivated my account, atleast i know why now

I don't think this is an exploit though it could be, but all it tells you is if the player can attack you or not.

Could you point out where this was stated? I'd be interested in seeing exactly what they said. I can't see what's wrong with just typing /duel and not /endduel. At least this way you still leave yourself open to attack, even if they're not a BH...
