Thread: Crystal Drops from Corsairs

I did several lvl 82 Canyon Corsair missions from Stronghold over a few day span and got nothing (well clothes). I went to player city and did same missions highest was lvl 78 (75-78 average though I am lvl 80 I couldn't get higher at player city) and looted several crystals (color and power) and a Force Accuracy 9 CA. I also looted crystals from pirates and mercenaries that spawned along the way. I don't know which ones dropped fair or good though.
I am currious Warrior03, where did you get the missions, all from POI? How did random spawns do for you?
I have Luck as aFS skill, I spent over 15 million on crystals, Quality, Good and Fair (just for testing) they all came out more or less the same, Bantha Fodder.

Hi fuse, I spent time at the POI but the time spent vs reward was'nt worth it to get a fair every 2hrs if lucky, got loadsa colour ones though.
But lastnight I did my missions from a player city on lok, I found it to be lvl 81-82 that dropped the powercrystals, i got a colour crystal from alvl 78 mission thats all. I never actually stumbled across any random spawns so not sure how good they are.
But im just gonna do these canyon corsairmissions until the devs decide we should'nt be getting so many good crystals.
Im 100% sure they've done something to those lvl 111 on dant, dropping crystalsvery rarely now.

I went crystal hunting at the Canyon Corsair POIa little overa month ago. I came up with 31 crystals all together in 3-4 hours (not lying 
).Of the 31,24 were color crystals and 7 werepower crystals. About a week later I went again for maybe 30-45 minutes and came up with 1 color crystal and 3 power crystals.

That is unless I had some sort of streak going.
Overall, I guess looting them is all about luck.

ive only ever looted fair crystals form the POI and ive looted a LOT, so i think the goods come from missions, and the POI only drops fairs.

So do you guys have better luck finding good crystals from nightsisters or corsairs?

Cosairs all the way. I have switched to Canyon Cosair missions, the ratio is much higher and I can milk them instead of looking for a NS/SMC spawn.

Sounds like you'll get a better chance at good crystals from CC missions than NSs. I've killed 10 NS stalkers (Elite CL85), 20 NS rangers (CL82-84 elite), 20 NS initiates (CL 78-82 elites) as well as the assorted Rancor tamer and I've looted absolutely nothing.
None of them were POI NSs...All were random spawns done over the past two weeks (when I have time to log the alt).

now see I was hunting corsairs alot last night the missions that is and got nada...
we have NADA 3!
