* LD leaves you with no mind, no action, 1hp and one of the longest cooldowns in game
* It's capped so if you're below 5% of health you'll get sys msg error that you can't use it
* it has a high chance to fail (but it still wipes health, mind and action of the user)
* it has a chance to auto-incap user (although some people claim it's a bug)
* if you want it work wonders you need to let your opponent get you downto 6-8% health and have saved up a lot of action to actually use it - still you need to be lucky to hit, not being blocked and LD to work properly (not incap you etc.)
* you can't do anything after LD you have no pool in anything so quit BS about being friends, if your opponent plays his cards right he should be back on his feet before you can do something
but if this thread was for real and not just the whiiiine and nerf bait then I say move LD to master smuggler box and problem solved... pfft

actually i have a bud on my server that has 0300 medic and has around 200 points to heal eff with attachments food and a droid and still heals for 1200 a pop. so its quite possible to have sl mbh and have nice heals. face it gents the time of the jedi are over.with these new changes bh's will become more powerful then ever.its our job to adapt and over come, if we cant simply dont log your jedi in and take away there content.

Valius is a friend, as such I've been a test dummy for this setup of the last couple of days. It is an 'I won' button. You wanna know what the absolutely hysterical thing is? he's cl70. No self-respecting Jedi would ever run from that BH ever.... until they get one-shotted. Nice mechanics, Nice testing, Nice way to chase thousands from the game SOE. BRILLIANT!!!!!!!

Umm.. you can1 shot near anyone in game with Just last ditch.. if it hits that is.. no need for SL.

It's just as bad with sniper shot.
A BH snares you with ED (2 min duration), runs back, drops to prone and sniper shots you (with the called shot buff)=cloner and 450K xp lost.
The new FOTM is MBH/MCM/Rifle 4000.
If that template lands all his CM debuffs and dots, all he has to do is snare and sniper shot for the win in one shot.

last ditch
The truth, and the facts.
Last ditch is powerfull
Last ditch does miss almost 80% of the time
Valor does block Last ditch (as well as normal saber block 0004 LS)
Last ditch only does alot of damage if used at the right moment, and is used instead of a heal. This means if the smuggler misses, not only are all his mind and action bars dropped to 10%, but he has like 100 health left max.
Last ditch is a gamble
If it pays off BH wins
If it misses, Jedi Wins

According to tests LiongTsiao did with SL and Smuggler, Last Ditch can inflict 25k damage before mitigations. Estimated time to set up all the buffs is 30 seconds, though.

The BH can probably get off 2 of those before a snared jedi can get within 20m too, if he was 50-60 M away when he started.

At the moment a MBH is not going to be able to have SL buffs, MCM debuffs and sniper shot all on one template.
So assuming you mean the SL buffs come from another character, then you should be aware that once the MCM starts debuffing you, he'll loose all the SL buffs as soon as the BHTEF goes up.

Last ditch was a waste to use-- I am watching my friends fall at a alarming rate.
3186 points of damage equals better then a "I win button" its more or less game over button.
EVEN at full health there is alot of Jedi that are not Defenders-- and some of those are getting first time shot with 2500 -- so pretty much the second shot does them in.
All I can say is if they keep this up there will be more accounts canceled then when the CU hit.
(After seeing the 48% desire for the Jedi Master robe) in the vote/poll-- that should tell you somthing about the game)...and where we are.
