Well depends on how you twist it

VADER
... there will be a substantial
reward for the one who finds the
Millennium Falcon. You are free
to use any methods necessary, but
I want them alive. No disintegrations.

If not Lord vader refers to Han Solo as them.

Is it Han Solo and Luke = them

OR

Han Solo, Chewbacca and the others that travels within Millenium Falcon.

true yet speculation about vader.... he may have recruited them

and your opinion of a entire profession is baised on a few rotten apples......

believe it or not many of us (on intrepid anyway) actually Role play and act like Jedi...... hard to belive...log in ...only GCW freaks and greifers are seen in public.... tons of jedi on our server ..yes!!!! and wera all in hiding

I seen one atrisan exploit a speeder..... so does that meen all artisans did that ...and should be banned and nerfed to not make any speeder....cause that is the logic you are applying to Jedi

If you're referring to the BH / Jedi professions in this game, I think it's actually closer to:

35% BH

35% Every other profession

30% Jedi

Those are sensible numbers but I dont think thats quite right:

35% BH

40% Jedi

25% Every other profession (with 80% of the 25% grinding to be Jedi)

actually the official numbers say that Bh is the most played proffession in swg.

I tend to doubt the 40% number simply because as I wander around the Galaxy (Radiant), almost everyone has a BH sub-tag over their heads, or MBH.

Will it soon be 40% Jedi? Undoubtedly - But we aren't there quite yet.

Quote that sums up the current, flawed direction of SWG:
"No, I do everything solo and I see no reason why I should need anyone else"

Umm what did the system professions check? What was number one profession in the game in all servers? BH what a shock, force sensitive came number 2, Jedi is in the middle. Everyone thinks there is more jedi than anyone else becuase the stand out from the crowd. Whenever you see a Jedi in Robes or hear a lightsaber being ignited, you think oh another Jedi again, but everyone else blends in and just looks normal hence I can't wait
for the new jedi cloaks so we don't have to wear our robes all the time we can just blend in.

accordding to the old pen and paper star wars roleplaying game luke skywalker had a bounty of 250000 credits on his head by the empire for acts of terriorism. han was at 100000 and chewie was at 50000. they had a nice big color picture in the main sorce book of lukes wanted poster.

there was a book that took place arround same time of empire strikes back that featured a group of bh getting together to try and get luke. vader ended up killing the lot of them. i will look through my collection to see if i can find it.

nothing in the movies really just minor places in books no one ever really read.

About the closest you can come to a BH hunting a Jedi is Episode III when the clones attacked Jedi after Order 66. Remember most of the clone troopers were BH/Rifleman or BH/Carbineer templates, but after Publish24 ... errr I mean Order 66 ... they all respec'd to BH/Squad Leaders.

In the old role playing games there are numerous accounts of bounty hunters going after jedi. In the books there are plenty accounts of bounty hunters going after jedi. Vader had plenty of bounty hunters helping him track down rogue jedi after the purges, the were called jedi hunters, some of these jedi hunters were also force sensitive, some were dark jedi and some were teams of bounty hunters. there are bounty hunters that made their armor with cortios ore layers which is very tough for light sabers to cut thru, wonder who they hunted.

Show me anywhere in the time period that we are playing where so many jedi would run around in public waving their sabers, even when obi wan whacked the two smugglers in the cantina, he knew he had just got visibility and what showed up a few minutes later, a squad of stormies. There were still jedi left in this time period, once agian the RPG talks about quite a few of them, but they were hiding out on obscure worlds and they werent using the force except for emergencies because when they did, hunters or vader would show up and kill them.

Yes the average bh hunted smugglers, etc but elite bhs went after jedi. Jedi vs Jedi fight is more of KOTOR era, even during the clone wars there wasnt alot of dark force users, there were sum but not alot.

great post and valid points, but dont you think it's a little long for forum jedi's to actually read before they try to flame it down?
