Awww...too bad. Imagine that...melee being restricted by range? Try lugging around a 5 meter sword...I'd like to see that...much less wielding it...melee range is fine at 5 meters.
And to the OP's post, yeah these melee stackers DO need to be nerfed. The CU was supposed to put an end to this crap and balance everything around Jedi functioning as the alpha class...and we all know how well that went.
I dunno if you know this but Jedi were NOT tested for the CU...
The CU was supposed to put an end to the melee wars...which it did in all honesty. They may still be powerful but there are A LOT more ranged players out there then before.

Note the key word in my post... "supposed". I know it did not, hence my further thoght.
The only think CU did was turn virtually every melee template into the same template. I notice more people toting around guns now, but I still see plenty of melee. So maybe it's different on your server, but I personally see little change.

i just wanna know how common you think ris armor is. it took months to gather all the needed loot componets when i went to get a suit made. after gathering the componets i had to then find a trustworthyAS to give the stuff to hoping he wouldnt charge me 7 million plus per piece.
most people in the game dont have em cause of the diffuculty to gather everything needed to make them and the unavailability of AS.
also you gotta remember the weak jedi that couldnt handle the risk of jedi have gotten you nerfed to a point were you should no longer feel that you deserve to be the best in game. the risk is gone now jedi is just another profession with way to many members. just get over it already.
you can get the same stats on padded as youcan on R.I.S, R.I.S just looks alot better.
Secondly the amount of xp needed for jedi alone say we should be atleast 1.5
That sux, I get my RIS with 7100 energy risistance for 11 million for a whole suit.

32 million jedi xp, aka 180 million regular weapons xp, try actually griding a jedi before spouting bs, some of us did the grind in the old system, solo, in about 3 - 4 months to get full temp.

since removing group vis to allow jedi to grind in spin groups(another favor from the devs)the xp argument of yours no longer holds water, sorry but you no longer deserve to gank anyone anytime just cause you got a flashlight.
i have jedi, takes 3 weeks in a spin group. and honestly i know it was alot harder back in the day. been here since launch and honestly if it were still that hard to lvl up i would agree. you would deserve the power.
unfortionatly for you people that COULD NOT HANDLE THE RISK cried and cried and now it is to easy. power in this game needs to come with risk, and jedi has no real risk anymore. sorry probly not your fault but you gotta live with the bs same as anyone else that has been here.
jedi no longer deserve the power cause way to many little children that couldnt hack it got it. take that for what you will.

Melee stackers don't deserve power either by your logic, but they have it. Please, elaborate.

And this counters the point of Jedi needing to grind more xp than any other full template how? Spin groups are also available to regular professions, they get the same xp boost from them.
You need about 200 million weapons xp to complete the village, and then about 180 million more to complete a Jedi template. Thats a lot more than for any regular double mastery.
