I must laugh at those ebay jedi who bought their character in the last month however for a few hundred quid. I cry with you honest jedi however.
Believe me, only people of your type, with a lust of power and pwnage are not satisfied with those changes.
Just a shame that's the 99.9% of Jedi population, but that's another story.

too true. The jedi players will always cling to something that they feel makes them better, when the reality is that they will always be equals. This will be illustrated pretty clear during pvp.

you rnot reading everything are you. The only diluting is the rarity of the number of jedi (though there are a large number of us already lol). There will be a difference between existing jedi and respec jedi, we will be stronger. PLUS Good luck all you noob respec jedi trying to get good pearls and crystals for your lightsabers LMAO. Until they fix the drops your ls will SUCK while we older jedi already have very nice sabers and OH, oh wait thats right, we are getting a new lightsaber that does even MORE damage then ones we have crafted. Sav your respecs noob jedi to go back to something else, jedi wont be as fun for you as it is for us LMAO

You speak as tho the CU2 is doing all this harm to the jedi. The "hardcore, old school" jedi have already experienced everything you talked about. We've already had a jedi population explosion. We've already seen our class lose its grandure, rarity, and challenge. We've also seen it nerfed down to the level of everyone else long ago. Speaking as a Jedi who unlocked in the early part of 2004, I can say this: this change has way more potential to make my class fun than it has to ruin an already jacked-up playing experience.
The only ones I see bellyaching are the competitive elitists. This change, with the removal of forced PvP, eliminates the need to play your Jedi character with an eye towards competing with everyone else (BH and/or Dark/Light Jedi). Give up the "I wanna be substantively better than everyone else" mentality, and realize that this new game may not be so bad.
