This is simple to explain. Many Bounty Hunters think that Jedi are their "content"... I say take back your game time and make them *your* content. My new thing is to Force Run to some local poi's to drive them crazy. I can keep that up all day if need be. Oh.. and I don't lose anything, I am full template.

I have no problem fighting if I atleast have a sliver of a chance, but with cm's its just alot of waisted time for me so they can make some cash. Looking forward to the heal changes and wanting to see how it slows down the bh/cm combo. Iam more hten willing to take a nerf hit if it shuts thes idiots down. Sadly they will be getting a respec also so they will just change to the next flavor and run it into the ground so it gets nerfed also . But wondering how they like haveing no faction as a BH lol. No more gcw for you baby
Depends on group but ive been in many groups that do get close to a mill jedi xp an hour. sadly they usually dont last that long.
What I like doing lately is (yes its a waste of my time but im in no rush to temp even though im only a few skills from it) is to fight for a while, usually like 5-10 min and if it doesnt seem to be going anywhere I wont bother waiting for his buffs to wear off, ill root and fr2, then usually wait for him to come hopefully on a vehicle, trash it, repeat until he stops using vehicles. then root fr2 away to one of my houses. once there ill sit around and craft some new sabers and continue to work on decorating my house (been bored lately). once he leaves radar range to make me think hes gone ill either go to another house of mine if its close or pack up the house im in and then move a few hundred meters and continue decorating and playing guitar. im assuming he gets the updated wp and thinks im out grinding again, comes back and im in the house still at a different location. have done this a bunch of times just to mess with them, sure him being an ass but were the ones being hunted so not really any rules to how you survive, just survive. The BH has to kill us to win, we dont have to kill, if we escape them. We won.

The whole point of it is the fact that the BH got so bent out of shape about it that he actually sent threatening mails. The fact that the Jedi logged off for 3 days doesn't matter. 9/10 BH's I rather sacrifice 3 days game time just to spite them because after all, we do get an alt slot when we become Jedi. However, every now and then you come across a good BH that plays fun and is a good sport about it, but the other's well, just read some posts that leak into the Jedi forums.

So far every bh that i have had hunt me was an awesome guy and I could actually talk and joke around with him, have seen a lot of the bad ones hunting friends in groups though.

Let me simplify the OP's story.
I was getting owned by a BH so I ran and had to log for 3 days to save 30 or so minutes of regrinding my template.

Nice job! I have basically decided to stop fighting BH's, as I am over the original thrill of it. As you say, most all of them are healer stackers (MCM or at least 4004 CM) and they just aren't worth the time that it takes to kill them. When I first started engaging them, BH fights would last 5-10 minutes at most. Now, because they ALL have uber healing (better than our Jedi healing for the cost of one branch) fights take too long. 1600 heals every 4 seconds have become the new "godmode uber buffs" in the game. It just isn't worth our time and effort to even fight them, as we DONT get xp, loot, or cash for the win.
Remember, guys, the BH wins when he kills us. He gets a huge chunk of payout, AND the satisfaction of causing us XP loss.
Jedi win by SURVIVING THE ENCOUNTER, not by killing the BH.

Hmm, by the way your talking(running from the CMs) it makes me believe you are a newb jedi. So,by your analysis,all the CM/BHcombos are the reason why CM is getting nerfed? right? Well, Then I will say, thanks to people like you my beloved jedi has got a continous nerf bat! Thanks alot buddy!

Jedi isa PvP profession, don't be fooled by what other people say! That is why we are compared to other professions(1.5 times stronger than normal preofessions)and why the new FRSWILL be based on PvP. The FRS is a ranking system among players. You can't tell me that a PvE mission that everyone can do is somehow going to accuaretly decide who is the best jedi on the server. So to recap, don't be a coward and fight and IMPS OWN

Once I PROVED that I could beat BH's 90% of the time (my loss rate is less than 10%), and even the MCM/MBH FOTM'ers, why bother anymore? If the fights didn't take forever because of their endless healing (and there is nothing I can do to attack their mind regen as a MLS) I might be more game.
It is fairly easy to beat a MCM. You simply do whatever you can to use AS LITTLE force as possible, while keeping them armorbroke and keep damaging them as often as possible so that eventually they heal themselves out of mind. Once I get them down to less than 25% mind and still have 75% force or more, I then unleash with the heavy attacks.
The technique is fairly easy, but it takes a lot of time, at least if you are saber based. A friend who is MP/MD eats MCM BH's alive within 5 minutes.
