Thread: 1.5x Stronger? yes? no?
Sorry Jedi are not 1.5X powerful.
We were unique with Cloak, that is now being flushed.
This is where we are at currently:
Non-Jedi can have better defenses than Jedi
Non-Jedi can have near the same damage output as a high damage saber (case in point, 645-1325 is my rifle)
Non-Jedi have better healing than Jedi
Non-Jedi have the exact same crowcontrol abilities
So of the 4 major areas, non-Jedi are equal in two areas and are better in the other two. It's funny listening to people saying Jedi is 1.5X powerful because they beat up people all the time. Lets see, maybe that has to do with your better at PvP with your template than the noob you just killed? I agree, a lot of Jedi are good at PvP, when you actually examine the skills that you can get as a Jedi to the skills you can get as a non-Jedi, how exactly are we more powerful. Everyone says, well Master Defender with Healer is 1.5X powerful.....what 1.5X more powerful until you fight a melee template with Doc? I mean they can wear AB sliced armor then heal better than us. I forgot where our AB resist armor is, oh yeah forgot we don't have any.

some tk, powers 34xx, enh xxx2, LS x1x2, Healer 2xxx
is 1.5 stronger than a MBH/MCM.
i would say:
Jedi vs. MBH/MCM FOTM = No
Jedi vs. anyone else = Yes

You need to look beyond BH templates. Melee IMO are the biggest underrated threat Jedi face. They have equal defenses + Armor Break + sliceable armor (for AB resists) + Doc Heals. It wouldn't be so bad if we had armor break resists somewhere in Jedi but we don't.
