The question that I'm still not sure about though:Would you still use IFA in a duel where you know you would get armor broken?

I'm a ME and i dont have a problem using IFA for both PvP and PvE, duels, whatever. granted its active as oppose to defenders passive armor, but considering i can, at the very least, regen my force 2xas fast as a defender by meditating, 3-4x maybe if i meditate and channel, the cost associated with it isnt that big of a burden imo.
