Deverish in pvp = worse idea ever

Deverish is low damage, high force, and has the longest cool down timer about.

Be aware that while Power attack is tempting to use, its also very very slow. Put saber throw on auto, and as soon as it fires hit an advanced saber attack (body/leg/head) with in 2 seconds you do two attacks, worth at least 500 more damage than powerattack (with AB).

I'll be honest, you will have quite a bit of problems with any BH using a healing droid (try and take it out, but it will still be a problem). BUT... any BH is going to have alot of problems hitting you if you just stand still with Valor/aura/improved infusion up. The exception being a MCM, but even then you could probably just use some 1200 stims to keep healing, and channel if really needed (but with a cloak from mustafar or paddy robes, you should be able to keep all three buffs going forever).

So if you find yourself unable to out damage heals, and the BH's mind seems stable, just go for a stalemate. The BH will give up eventually.

I have my mark dead before then.

pikatta pie, crispic, and booster blue is all i take at the start of the fight. I use saber throw for auto attack. I save all drink filling for rancor aid as needed (i go through between 6 and 10 servings per fight). I have the same temp, and a crucial point in the fight is when i can hit the BH with the snare (I forget what the attack is called) and pop a parwan. Usually, thats when I can bring the fight to an end. 16fc saber with 627 max damage and I am proudly 6 and 1 in BH fights since pub 24.

All this is good advice again.Move as and when you can to get to an advantageous locale. With al your defences up, you'll last a long long time even if you can't out damage his heals. Use a holocron if you need to.

Also, if you can get a saber with about 700 max damage and you should be able to out-damage his heal and at the very least force him to heal a lot more and use up his mind, at which point he'll either be dead of will give up.

Let him settle into what HE thinks is his usual ruitine of wearing you and yer force pool down. when the time comes that you Have enough mind and force and his advantages are waning but he has become some what complacent, Then you can corelian ale up and other Hard assed foods, thats when you move in with heavy HIT attacks.

The exact reasonI have sabre hit as my default attack

I keep AB and stunning strike on as much as possible, causes the pools to drop faster, so less healing

Alaria Thanks for the great advice I shall take it to heart. Do you guys keep 2 seperate toolbars up one for normal use Quests, Hunts, ETC, and one you switch too for PVP? I set me a tool bar up that has every thing where i want it for when i go into pvp mode. I just didnt know if this was the most effective way to do it. I dont use the same attacks and stuff when normaly playing that I use in pvp and wanted a way to switch quickly to get into pvp mode.

Was just passing through and saw you fought a MBH/SL. If the BH is also MSL, your best bet is to try to pop a steak or exo-wafers (less filling than steak) to withstand the follow up to his alpha strike he'll probably try with called shot using either the critical buff or volleyfire buff and adv crit shot for his opening shot. If you make it past the first 20 seconds with few worries, then watch to see what he does and make him change his SL buff.. If he's MBH/MSL, he only has mitigation for assault armor so AB and try some basic attacks to see if you can make him switch out SL buffs. Changing group buffs eats up a fair bit of action which can mean a lot if he's used a fair bit up on a true alpha strike. So does called shot. If he's close to being down to 25% action, put him on his back as KD recover uses a ton of action. Like others said, use LOS and KD him while running off even if you can't follow up on the KD.

SL doesn't mean we are ranged gods, just that post-revamp people need to think to beat us instead of just considering we're PVP-rating bait. (BTW, I'm MSL/Carbines. If I wanted to hunt jedi, I'd choose a totally different profession to pair with MBH. I truely HATE being FOTM )
