IMO, this is a very well thought out solution to the problem. . .
One of the goals of the CU was to make combat more engaging and currently, a BH/CM simply stands there and heals... with not thought to the cost. Now, like us, he too must manage all aspects of their HAM and fight their battles in a more "smart" way. .

trajen2, you are exactly right. But at the expense of the docs and cm's. Not fair to them but soe uses a baseball bat to kill a fly on the end of the docs nose again.

I had no idea this nerf was on TC. This is the best news since the group vis revision. I beat 9/10 bh's now and last 1/10 was the uber healers. A lot of folks will change temps cuz of this but it really is just following the game design of the mind bar limiting healing and other special abilities. Before they had no limit and it was unbalancing to not just us but every other temp that didn't have it. Other temps will be a lot more viable now and it should make a more ecclectic scene again like it was just after CU.

I doubt it .... they wont have a problem (unless they are BHs) b/c really, they are the only ones who use jabs, sprays, and stims ALL together in a few seconds. . .
A CM or Doc playing their role rarely would use the same combo of healing that BHs do. . .

honestly i don't see how this is going to affect bh/4000 cm (or at least me from what i've noticed.) my action never drops below 80...never below 95 unless i have to kd recovery. with how fast it regens i don't think this is really gonna be an issue

I agree. Most Do's and CM's that I group with simply stand back and heal. This shouldn't be a probplem for them, only BH's with CM or Doc.

If they would stop nerfing the nerfed, they wouldn't have to nerf the nerfless to balanced the nerfs with those of the nerfed.

I see where you are coming from with it not affecting NORMAL Docs and CMs, however, the thing I am looking at is the whole "I'm <insert favorite BH temp here>, and now because of what you did, I can't beat the jedi. Now you need to nerf them too." statements that are going to happen like mad when it goes live. Other than that, I could care less. Just don't want to have that happen. Also don't want them to start doing the same to us. That will make the unbalanced Jedi/BH war even more unbalanced. Think about it.

My experince in PvE is that you quickly drain your action because the mobs health/health reg is so high. With this change if you drain your action you will not be able to heal. Then you will get killed.
Although this may seem likea large PvP change this will also be a very large PvE change.
