the droid gives a healing bonus regardless of it being incapped or not, and can be healed by bactaspray, if it was made so it gave no bonus when incapped and then the bh needing a droid stim to reactivate, that means the bh has to chose whether heal his droid, himself or attack or healing the droid and himself in 1 combat round.
Hmmm, I wonder, if this is an exploit, will they take as long to fix it as they did the Kash LOS exploit? Oh I am sorry, that wasn't a exploit, the dev's wanted the afk grinders to have a safe spot to run to if they came back in the room and saw themselves getting attacked.

Just to take the wind out of your sails there - BHs were using those spots as well, for one to lose aggro from the critters that started chasing them when they used /burstrun to get to the village fast, and for two to prevent being killed if a Jedi was winning the fight. And yes, it was an exploit, but on both sides. Apart from that, your post has no relation to the topic of this thread and is not constructive at all.

What are you going to do when you run into a BH with Droid Reconstruction Kits and Repair Stims....? Now you have a BH that uses no mindand littleaction to heal their droid, lol.
P.S. as Marrow pointed out, your complaints that leadto the fix of theproblemwont stop BHs from using droids in combat........

We have NO problem with BH using droids in the hunting of marks, None what so ever, it is rather limmited thinking to assume we do.
We DO have problems with droids that grant thier bonuses even after dissabled and can be healed with medical med skills of any type. That they give double the healing value when used would be fine in it self, that the med abilities to heal it can heal both BH and droid at that double value casually, where jedi cannot use the same droids in such a way IS grossly unbalancing. If they made it so that jedi had an area effect heal that could heal thier droids with force ability, then it would be some what balanced once again.
Its not a matter of whining and learning to play our jedi better. Bad enough there IS no such thing as this fabled 1.5 advantage dispite the grind only WE had to go through. (but I for one can live with that part) How ever, that there are terribly little resources to make a Moderately competative light saber. (Our saber dammage is pathetic in what we deem GOOD sabers. (750-ish) But most peeps have had to settle with 4-600-ish.
Look, we dont want BH to stop using droids. We arent even asking them to stop exploiting. We are asking that SOE recognise the imbalances they create and correct them to be fair to ALL. Make our force heal droids, or stop meds from doing so would be fine.
So, please feel free to Use those repair kits and reconstruct kits. that at least is fair, cuz to My knowledge so can we.
Try to see it from the Other side of the fence once in a while please. And how it effects Every one.
