Thread: Windu Vs. Obi-Wan
Obi-Wan, hands down. Mace was a magnificent fighter, but prone to tapping the dark side and losing control. Obi, on the otherhand was faster, more adept with the Force, and more versitile than Mace.
Obi-Wan beat up a JK droid that would have destroyed Mace.

however, obi would win because, obi lives on in the trials coming up.
or because while annie kilt mace obi had a annie-q

Mace, in his truest sense, was as close to being a dark jedi as any light jedi could be. Now. We have noticed, that other than the outright defeat of Maul by obi, very few light jedi actually defeat any other jedi without aid from their friends.
Obi-Wan lost to Anakin (although annie lost the first one).
Luke lost to Anakin.
Doku lost to Anakin (who had DJ tendacies. lol)
So my argument. Mace and Anakin were the same except Mace was able to control his anger better. They both were essentially DJ's. And while I feel that Anakin would eventually have been able to beat Master Windu, Windu was the most powerful Jedi til Lord Vader.
Mace. Gets angry and installs an air conditioner in obi-wan's neck for the win.
Oh yeah and remember. Though i haven't read all the books. How surprised was everyone to find out. That the child that was prophecied to be born, to bring the force back into balance was meant to increase the dark side in order to bring it back into balance.
Now Mace or YODA????? Hmmmmm?

wouldnt that cause him to lose half of his mitochliroides (or whatever they are) and thus half of his affinity to the force?
I say Obi-Wan becuase I think the force favors him.
Mace can find shatter points (Critical Hits), and he does not have as much cunning as Obi.
Also, a quote from Anakin in EP2 regarding Obi, "He has the wisdom of master Yoda and the strength of master Windu. I am truly blessed to have him as my master." This was when he was in senator Amidala's room, and trying to seduce her.
