This is my theory and it never made any since to me at all. How can a Jedi solo an Enraged Kimogila or Necrosis with 45-60K ham, but a BH with 4k ham can come up and wipe the floor with a Jedi. Where the hell is the balance in that. Dev's whatever you guys or smoking or drinking I would sure like to know what the hell is.

It falls back on individual skill and the uniqueness of how a character is developed.

Pick me !!

Jedi PvP doesn't really matter against a BH that can heal himself for 1500+ damage every other second. As a Jedi... you can't win against that. The BH can apply fire, poison, disease and then just sit back healing himself till you are out of force from healing. There's no tactics in it, and there's nothing the Jedi can do other than hope he can disrupt the constant healing of the BH with a well placed (and lucky) KD or something.

So your idea of game balance is that you are invincible. /laugh

Design boy: Do not try to fix your discipline. That's impossible. Instead... only try to realize the truth.
Jedi: What truth?
Design boy: There is no design.
Jedi: There is no design?
Design boy: Then you'll see, that it is not the discipline that is broken, it's the entire Jedi design.

--- Cancelled 24th November 2006
Reason: The lack of multiplayer pve content and Star Wars feel.
For 3 years I have tried to find excuses to stay in game but only the expansions offered me what I subscribed for in the first place: A multiplayer Star Wars pve experience with friends around the globe. I found friends but with almost no addition of pve content they dropped out one by one. Now it's my turn.

No I am not asking to be invinceable, I am just curious to where the balance is in there. For me I am an old school Jedi like many of you that remember the days where 1 Jedi Guardian could damn near wipe out a whole guild once he pulled out his polearm saber. How did we get so weak. That is what baffles me.

Then how do I win? Am I some kind of freak that has a 22+ and 2 record? If you count only from when I was a half template, then that record is 22 - 0 - 0.

My saber isn't uber, and I don't use any foods spices that everyone else does. Why can I beat every BH that comes for me (often 2 vs 1) and you can't?

I'm not a pvp goddess, but I understand my jedi's template and designed it around my own style and tactics, as ooposed to some FOTM.

to me bh's don't matter, win or loss, i'm more concerned about jedi vs jedi for the future, that's where i want balance.

If you have fr2 or fr3 and are not Master Wielder then you are in trouble against a semi-decent cm / bh.
