If you can indulge me for a few moments:

Why did you want to become a Jedi in this game?

Thank you in advance for your responses

Too lazy to find the 50 other threads that asked the exact same question. Guess you are too .

But I agree with Drodig: Because it's jedi!

Nothing to elaborate on. I dont think I could if I tried. It's jedi, so I want it? does that work?

I didn't want to become a jedi when I started. Everyone wanted to, gah i wanted to remain unique.

But a few months later I noticed everyone was going jedi. Everyone was going uber. I didn't want to fall behind...

By the way as a full temp non-jedi you don't have anything to do besides grinding jedi. Or BHing. But that's all. The Devs need to add some content, something to grind for as a non-jedi.

Truly, to fight in the GCW and role play. All the jedi in the movies fought in the gcw to one degree or another. Alot even fought in massive battles. And who can forget Luke taking down the death star or Yoda leading the assault on the Geonesians at the beginning of the clone wars. In game I try to act somewhat like a jedi by not dueling in public and keeping my kills quick and clean in pvp. I am just waiting for a good frs and gcw publish to really get the fun started.

Because I've always dreamt from the day I've first watched Star Wars of being a High-ranking Imperial Bounty-Hunting, Ace-pilot Dark Jedi with complete and utter Mastery of the Force who was also buddy-buddy with Vader and the Emperor and a high-ranking member in the Imperial Navy/Emperor's Secret Order (from the TIE Fighter video game) in charge of a decent-sized fleet (that I, of course, lead from my custom TIE Defender). Well, I can't be quite as uber/badass as my childhood dreams, but I:

-Mastered Bounty Hunter

-Got Ace Pilot (now going for the other 5 Imperial/neutral badges)

-Am a colonel in the Imperial Army with my own set of stormtrooper, scout trooper and assault trooper armour, with a full set of Imperial banners, propaganda and other paraphanalia to boot.

-Have done every Vader/Emperor mission in the game and have a house 400m away from the Emperor's Retreat.

....that's about got everything, save for the Mandolorian Armour that I would love to own. The others are not in the game, except for:

-Has become a Dark Jedi Master

So there you go. Always have wanted to be one, will always strive for it until it's mine.

My character was a TKM when the old man visited, i was largely unaware of the way to become glowy since the system wasnt in place when i was a TKM, and i accepted his challenge.

I did the village quest and progressed to the point of being jedi it seemed like the natural path for my character and then she spent all off her time alone training in the jedi ways where she met up with a fellow jedi also training in the same area. He invited my jedi to his guild and im still there now.

The game gave me jedi not by me trying but by me accepting the challenge it gave me and this was an organic process not one which was forced or sought out.

It is another aspect of the game that I wanted to experience. Mastered Multiple Combat professions, dabbled in Crafting (Dont like it) and mastered space.

Now that we have indulged you, your turn.

What was YOUR reason and why do you ask?....(I'm alwasy suspect of the motivation behind these questions)
