Thread: You think the ham nerfs are bad now, wait till they fix speed...

You like standing there without action, being unable to use any attack besides saber hit?
If anything, they increase fight in that neither you or your opponent are doing any serious damage.

The problem is Force is supposed to be a long term limiter, for the overall war. Force is not supposed to be a limit in a small skirmish of that war, that is what mind and action are for.
To the original poster: Heals currently work with correct timers, attacks do not. This means if you can dish out more damage in a period of time after the fix, you might be able to overcome the heals, therefore you would need less Force overall to achieve the same result - your opponent was not able to heal as much before you brought him down.

Once a player grinds the 6 months to get a profession, don't you think they should be a badass?

Unfortunately, too many people have done this grind to make the profession a "badass".
All the more reason not to pi$$ off a lot of hard-working gamers who think they've really earned something by becoming a Jedi.
If you expend the effort to get a Jedi and then find out it's weaker than a MBH/Combat Medic who can get their skills in a fraction of the time that you did, wouldn't you be upset? I would. I am.
Now, if you were running SWG, wouldn't you want to keep your customers happy? If there are really as many Jedi as everyone thinks there are, then it's in SWG's best interests to keep those Jedi as happy, paying customers for as long as they can.
Continual nerfs are not the way to do that.![]()

I dont think we are slightly better if you are post cu jedi....The one on one fights with bh/cm's prove that. I have not seen one post that has said they dominated an experienced bh/cm. Giving them the ability to heal like a doc throws soe's statement of the 1.5 completely out the window. Combat medic should be broken down into two types...a damage type and a healing type. The combination of being able to deal out dot damage and heal at the same time is just unfair to every other proffesion. Couple this with the jedi payout exploit that the bh are doing to get gank squads again makes it completely unfair to a solo jedi. Its not coincidence that multiple bh are showing up on targets at the same time. So they took away the power that would hold off 5 bh, but allow bh to exploit gank squads also puts us way under the 1.5x.
We're only professions who can choke people to death, shoo lightning from our fingers and heal without stims ![]()
1.5x more powerful probably applies the template as a while rather than indivdual skills(or does it ?)
yeah, a few can do all of that, not all of us.
but we are the only proffesion that if you do that alot you run out of force and die....

Well choking people indefinatly for hours on end is kind of unbalanced
Choking people for seconds on end is more like it.
